Worst airport experience ever. Overpriced both items at duty free and in the caffes which sell the lowest quality of food and drinks. On top of that you cannot buy bottled water in the duty free store; you have to go to the bar for that. The airport gives the impression of a third world country facility. Some employees are very rude and too picky when it comes to the content of cabin bags.

I was at the “all flights” gates to check in and I am gold star alliance. The person at the desk was completely incompetent - first he didn’t know that when you are fold in star alliance you get a free 23 kg bag and then he did not want to put me priority on the suitcase. He called his boss repeatedly and his boss kept on telling him that he shouldn’t have put priority as you only do it for business. He did not apologise for the mistake and he told me that if I wanted it correctly I should have picked a different counter (when all counters said “all gates”) I had an awful customer experience at split airport. People need to be trained correctly before doing a job here - if you can avoid coming through this airport, please do so. Worst place I have been.

Aerodrom izgleda moderno i čist ali na žalost to je jedino pozitivno. Jako siromašna ponuda trgovina i restorana. U dijelu gdje se nalaze gateovi nema dovoljno stolica za sjedenje. Kod security check ima nekoliko slobodnih ali ne dozvoljavaju da se koriste. Sve u svemu veoma jadan aerodrom.

Peobably the most idiotic airports ive seen in my life and ive seen airports the size of a tourbus. The most annoying thing is that you cant drive up to the terminal to unload your baggage. You have to go to the paid parking and shlep your things from there - about 7 minutes walk with all your luggage. The terminal itself has only two cafes inside by the gates and they serve horrendous food. Also there arent enough seats for everyone so many people just wandering around. Families with kids beware!

First it was Luka at pickup time. Quick, super friendly and professional 🫶🏼 And today Petra was the nicest and most accommodating service agent I’ve dealt with for … months if not years. Brak wody w sklepie, brak punktu do nabierania wody pitnej. Tylko dwa małe barki..Mało miejsca , chociaż stosunkowo dużo miejsc siedzących pod wzgledem powierzchni do czekania, ale hole wejściowe ogromne..obsługa miła

No water fountain and they don’t sell any in duty free. There are 3 bars with huge queues that sell expensive small water bottles. Tap water from the toilets is nice and cold, at least.

This airport seriously lacks proper management. There’s only one single line for all airlines to drop off luggage, which creates massive delays. We waited in line for ages and almost missed our flight because of it. Completely unacceptable.To make things worse, priority boarding was not respected. We paid extra for it, but at the gate, staff told us to queue in the normal line like everyone else. So basically, we paid for a service they didn’t let us use.Overall, the experience was chaotic and stressful. If you’re flying through here, arrive extremely early and don’t expect the services you paid for to be honored.

Durch die EXTREM langen Wartezeiten habe ich meinen Flug nicht bekommen, ich war 2 Stunden vorher da, die Warteschlangen waren enorm. Die Prozesse hier sind eine reinste Katastrophe. Teilweise bis zu 15 Minuten pro CheckIn. 25 Minuten vor Abflug meines Fluges wurde mir gesagt ich könnte nicht mehr mitfliegen. Mein Kollege (2 MINUTEN!!!) zuvor hat noch sein Ticket bekommen!!! Habe noch nie so einen beschissenen Flughafen gesehen.

The airport was clean, there were no trash ir spillsbthat i could see. The only thing i will note, is that the airport felt crouded and small. At the time there were only one food shop open, a small coffee/snacks bar.
