Hotel bellissimo, in zona strategica a due passi dalla via pedonale più famosa con negozi, ristorante, bakery, ecc. La fermata degli autobus per muoversi in città è proprio accanto alla struttura. Molte delle principali attrazioni noi le abbiamo raggiunte a piedi proprio perché l'hotel è in pieno centro. Abbiamo alloggiato nella city suite che avendo la finestra sul cortile interno, era estremamente silenziosa. L'arredo all'interno è bellissimo, moderno e minimal. Tutto era pulitissimo a livelli mai visti, asciugamani ed accappatoi di gran qualità. Il personale alla reception cortese, soprattutto il signore di cui purtroppo non ricordo il nome. L'unica pecca, secondo noi, è stata la scarsità di prodotti al buffet della colazione. Non era all'altezza delle nostre aspettative, avendo scelto per il nostro soggiorno un hotel a 4 stelle anche per questo motivo. Il buffet era scarno e poco variegato, il caffè era solo in filtro, latte vegetale trovato solo 2 delle mattine che vi abbiamo soggiornato. C'erano soprattutto prodotti per colazione dolce ma niente fette biscottate o biscotti, nessun cake. Per colazione salata, non c'era assolutamente niente! Solo uova strapazzate servite con wrustel pallidi e poco invitanti oppure formaggi e salumi locali. Per fortuna c'era varietà di frutta di stagione. Sui tavoli del buffet neanche un cartellino ad indicare cosa fossero i vari prodotti, quindi si andava un po' ad indovinare. La colazione è sicuramente da migliorare per renderla più adatta ad un 4 stelle. Infine, assolutamente sconcertante che in camera, una suite ripeto e non un tugurio, non ci fosse neanche una bottiglietta di acqua di benvenuto. Il minibar c'era ed era anche ben fornito, ma solo per fare un esempio: una bottiglietta di acqua naturale da 250ml, costava l'equivalente di 4-5€. Fortunatamente esattamente accanto all'hotel ci sono supermercati e chioschi, per cui l'acqua l'abbiamo presa sempre da là, a 65 dinari serbi. Comunque se dovessimo ritornare a Belgrado, sceglieremmo nuovamente questo hotel, dal momento che nel complesso l'esperienza è stata molto positiva.

We had a wonderful stay. The hotel is centrally located and offers spacious rooms and suites with lovely high ceilings which gives an evening greater feeling of space. The staff are exceptional and have a very caring warm and friendly manner. Many times going above and beyond. We would definitely stay there again on our next visit to Belgrade.

Wonderful Stay at Zepter Hotel Belgrade Our experience at Zepter Hotel was fantastic. The staff were exceptionally friendly and polite, making us feel welcome from the start. The room was spotless and very comfortable, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious with a great variety of fresh options. We were in Belgrade for my son’s wedding, and many of our guests stayed at the hotel—everyone was highly impressed with the service and hospitality. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Belgrade. We’ll definitely be back!

Ein sehr gut geführtes und servieceorientiertes Hotel. Das Personal ist gut ausgesucht und geschult - sehr freundlich. Bei uns war die Klimaanlage nicht optimal eingestellt, sofort haben wir daraufhin ein Upgrade bekommen. Die Lage ist die beste, die man in BG haben kann.

Gostaria de ter dado nota 9. Como não é positivo,dou 5 estrelas. O hotel é extremamente agradável. Localização excelente no início da rua de pedestres. Os funcionários sao excelentes e muito atenciosos. Quarto grande ,silencioso,boa wifi ,cofre ar-condicionado e ducha otimos . Colchão ideal, firme sem ser duro. Academia pequena, básica ,com o mínimo necessário suficiente. Cafe da manhã o problema: Pelo nivel do hotel deveria ter mais opções e comida local. Mas é satisfatório. O que nao é satisfatório é ser permitido fumar no salão do café da manhã com comida exposta em buffet. Reclamei e ofereceram para levar a comida na mesa do restaurante ao lado. Disseram que o espaço é aberto. Nao é e mesmo que fosse ,os fumantes podem perfeitamente ficar sem fumar no tempo de tomar café da manhã,uma meia hora. Ficam sem fumar por horas em avião. Se nao podem mudar isso ,deveriam ter opção de tarifa sem café da manhã.

We stayed at Zepter as a family and enjoyed our stay very much. The stuff is very friendly and helpful, location is at the heart of Belgrade. Mr.Andrija from the reception was very helpful and professional. He helped us whenever there was a need.
