I recently called to book a stay and was extremely disappointed with the service I received from the receptionist. The tone and manner were noticeably rude, which is unacceptable — especially in the hospitality industry.
As someone who works in hospitality, I find this level of unprofessionalism deeply concerning. First impressions matter, and the booking experience is a critical part of the overall service.
To clarify, this review strictly concerns the customer service and not the villa or the stay itself. However, service is a fundamental part of any guest experience and should be treated as a top priority.

Beautiful family run Villa at the waterfront and at the end of the pedestrian path in the heart of the small and protected marina. Super spacious and very clean room, overlooking beautiful garden settings with a very well-kept pool and the plants. Modest breakfast. Quiet area, centrally located, few minutes away from the Old town. Onsite parking. Super friendly owner Ante who was everywhere and was very helpful.

Wir haben drei Nächte hier verbracht und haben die wunderbare Ruhe und die Gastfreundlichkeit der Villa Bonaca sehr genossen. Ein sehr schöner Familienbetrieb und auch das dazugehörende Restaurant war hervorragend. Wir haben fangfrischer und wunderbar zubereiteter Fisch gegessen. Für einen Besuch des nahen Krka Nationalpark ist Villa Bonaca sehr zu empfehlen.
