This review is needed attention from General Manager - Your front desk team declined to share with your contact info so I only chance to make this Google Review. I need your attention for my difficulty during my check in. We have to keep Icepack frozen for medicines in traveling and always ask to make frozen to hotel. We never had issue in my loyalty stays in Marriott as I am Titanium. In today checking in time around 6pm on 26th of Jul, front desk lady declines my request for icepack keep in freezer until next day checking out. It was so much difficult to convince front desk team and finally gentleman he found solution. I could not understand how and why hotel could refuse ice pack frozen as simple request. She was absolutely rude reception lady.

We recently stayed at the Sheraton Zagreb and overall had a pleasant experience. The classic suite was clean and up to date, offering a comfortable and well-maintained space to relax. However, one of the Chromecast modules was missing. Although the staff promised to replace it, this never happened. As a workaround, we ended up moving the Chromecast between the bedroom and living room ourselves. One of the highlights of the stay was the relaxation massage, which was absolutely wonderful and a perfect way to unwind. The turn-down service was also well done and much appreciated. We ordered breakfast in the room, but unfortunately this could use some improvement. The bread rolls were quite hard and tasted old, which was disappointing—especially since we’ve had much better breakfast experiences at other Sheraton properties in the past. On a positive note, Restaurant Tomassino was a great choice for a late lunch. The food was enjoyable, and the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. All in all, a good stay with a few areas for improvement, but also some standout moments that made it worthwhile.

Good hotel with best location to go to the bus and train station, or to old town and city centre. Clean and comfortable rooms. Quiet staying, big lobby, and lovely staff from hotel door staff, reception, concierge, SPA, to the house keeping. Nice little swimming pool and clean relaxing health club facilities like finnish sauna, normal sauna, and steam room.
It was an amazing stay at sheraton Zagreb. Prices are affordable and hotel is soo amazing. It gave me an amazing experience.
