Muy comodo hotel cerca del casco antiguo y muralla de Dubrovnik,estaba muy limpio y muy bonito decorado.tiene aire acondicionado tambien. No hay recepcion pero la llegada es autonoma,llegas y cojes las llaves del candado de seguridad,Hay hervidor para té y cafe en la entrada,la persona responsable te conteste rapido por mensajes en booking,por lo tanto he podido dejar mi maleta por la mañana cuando he llegado y he ido a visitar ya Dubrovnik,la salida tambien he dejado mi maleta,me ha sido de grand ayuda. Recomiendo el alojamiento,

Situated near the Pile Gate (Old Town), which means quite easy to go to the bus station and the City Wall ( Old Town ).

DO NOT BOOK||I booked this place via American Airlines. Found out after. The fact that it was less of a hotel and more like an AirBnB with self checkin. I was fine with this. In the days leading up to, and certainly the day of my arrival, I expected to receive info on how to self checkin. Nothing. I reach out out to American and they said they would try to help, and that it might take 24 hours to remedy. This wasn’t going to work as I was landing in Dibrovnik in 2 hours. Long story short - ended up stranded in Dubrovnik, at 10PM in the dark unable to get I to the property, and had to book another accommodation at a much higher rate, not to mention extra Uber fees etc. ||Will be demanding a refund as well as restoration of my points, at a minimum.||DO NOT BOOK

We stayed here for 2 nights in early June. It was easy to find.||Our room was small but that’s to be expected. The bathroom was nice and the bed was comfortable. Plus, we had a view of the water and Lovrijenac Fortress.|If you need it, there’s an “instant pot” located in the hallway. We texted the host who quickly responded with instructions on where to find it.||It’s located a 2-3 minute walk from the Pile Gate entrance into the walled city. There are a lot of really good restaurants in the area.||We would stay here again.

This place was beautiful and the perfect final stop on my month long trip. The room and the view were gorgeous and soooooo quiet. Reading other reviews I think people didn’t realize there was a walkway that takes you down past the wine museum and to the main road and helps you avoid stairs a lot of stairs. There are stairs, but not that many the way people are describing them. Since they are self serve units, everything is done via phone/text. They were quick to respond. I did find it odd to be contacted the day of my check out at 8AM asking if I’d be leaving before the check out time or at the checkout time (which is 10AM, the earliest check out I’ve ever had but my flight was at 12 so it was fine for me. These are not apartments, but rooms, for me they were listed as luxury ROOMS so I had no expectation that I would find anything other than that. I was a solo traveler so the size was perfect for me, one other person would have been fine but a little crunched for space but when in Dubrovnik no one wants to be hanging out in their accommodations anyways! The coffee and things in the common hall were a nice touch. The location couldn’t be more perfect, a three minute walk to the walled city, views of the water, but nestled inside a super quiet little neighborhood made my stay more than perfect. The host gave me a pick up option for their driver who was reportedly less expensive than getting one at the airport (€45), but I didn’t use the service because I was unsure of my plans. I was able to get a taxi from the airport via uber app for €19.20. Overall my stay was absolutely phenomenal and if back in Dubrovnik I would stay here again for sure!

The stairs will kill me eventually. The room is small no water in the fridge. But the location is perfect. Thought I booked a room with a view but I got another room. No view. I don't think I will stay here cause it is small and the stairs are brutal.
