I cannot say enough amazing things about Luca and Villa Roza. Luca goes above and beyond to make his guests feel welcomed and on top of the world! The property is absolutely stunning, with olive trees and lush gardens surrounding the house. We really enjoyed making our own dinners with the provided BBQ, and Luca even gifted us some fresh veggies and herbs from the garden to cook with. We didn’t feel the need to leave the property as we throughly enjoyed days sitting by the poor, eating under the beautiful gazibos, and sipping wine in the hot tub looking over the sunset in the evening. We will absolutely be returning to this beautiful spot.

We stayed at Villa Roza for our honeymoon for four nights and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The villa is a short walk to Splitska but is so quiet but close enough to walk into the village with a few restaurants and a bar. Luka and Hana were amazing hosts, picking us up from the ferry, showing us around and preparing food and drinks for our arrival. They were also on hand for any questions we had and recommendations. I would 100% recommend this place it is perfect! The sunsets from the terrace are incredible and the villa is lovely. It has everything you could possibly need, you can even pick fresh vegetable from the garden (tomatoes, squash, courgettes) and Luka even gifted us some of their family made olive oil to take home with us.

We stayed at Villa Roza for our honeymoon. It was absolutely perfect. The view, the pool and the location are incredible - and Luka and Hana are lovely hosts. They were so friendly and helpful, making us feel so at home immediately. The villa is very well equipped - it had everything we needed and more. It's a short walk into Splitska, but completely private too.

We cannot overstate how amazing our stay was. Luka and Hanna are amazing hosts and treat you like family. The town of Splitska is just down the hill and has everything you’d need. The house is spacious, has a fully equipped kitchen, ac, and a great outdoor dining space w separate pool area and guest house. Private but close to everything. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend to friends.
