it's aclean and comfortable room but there are some things can make it perfect like putting a blackout curtain to block the sun, putting shower holder 🤔 , BTW it's 143 stairs to the room 😅

Très bien placé (gare routière et arrêts de bus), par contre on le paie très cher en montant une infinité de marches. On ne voit pas le bout de l'escalier, et avec les valises c'est un enfer. Sinon, les chambres sont correctes, un peu vieillottes mais rien de dérangeant. On avait même une terrasse, et une jolie vue sur la ville et la mer. Il y a une clim dans la chambre avec la télécommande donc très pratique pour les chaleurs insupportables de Dubrovnik. Pas de lampe de chevet par contre, ni de frigo et pas non plus de savon dans la douche, il faut prévoir. La dame qui nous a accueilli ne parlait pas un mot d'anglais donc très difficile de communiquer avec elle mais elle s'est montrée arrangeante sur bien des aspects. En conclusion pas le meilleur hôtel mais très pratique si on oublie qu'il est perché en haut de 150 marches.

They did not try to fix nothing.beds UNCOMFORTable. the lack of responsibility of the employees and owner speaks of not returning and NOT RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE. YOU WILL FIND BETTER THINGS FOR THE SAME PRICE.👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

Very disappointing experience overall. The room was far from what we expected. There was no soap provided for hand or body washing, no proper bed sheets—only a duvet cover, and even that was torn in some places. Additionally, there was no fridge, which is completely unacceptable even for basic accommodation. The location was a bit challenging due to many stairs, but to be fair, that’s common in Croatia. Also, some rooms did offer a nice view, which was one of the few positives. Unfortunately, the lack of basic amenities and poor condition of the room made the stay very uncomfortable. I would not recommend this place unless serious improvements are made.

Katastrofa od smještaja!! Žali bože novaca!! Zamazano,vrata od wc-a nemaju kvaku,na prozoru niti zavjese niti rolete,kreveti neudobni,posteljna koja nas je dočekala je bila korištena jer je krevet bio ne namješten. Kauč u na razvlačenje potrgan,paučine posvuda,podovi zamazani,zidovi se ljušte od starosti. Jako žalosno da u jedno tako lijepom gradu se domaćini uopće ne potrude oko urednosti i pristupačnosti!! Bolje da se ne bave turizmom!! Sve u svemu jaaako loše iskustvo!!

Sobe su prljave, nisu održavane, na vratima nedostaje kvaka, nema svjetla u kupaonici, namještaj je potrgan, nije bilo posteljine. Svakako izbjeći.

Rezervirano prije dva mjeseca, dočekala nas je paučina, prljava posteljina, ostaci hrane u hladnjaku, zakorena tjestenina u zdjeli, izgorena sijalica u kupaoni, prljav pod od prošle godine valjda. Uginule razne bube i komarcima posvuda.
