One of the best hotels in area.

Hotel je prilično izolovan, nudi mir i mogućnost odmora. U sklopu hotela je nekoliko bazena i manji akva- park. Suprug i ja smo proveli veoma prijatan vikend. Jedina zamerka je prilično udaljen parking i nedovoljno jasno obeležen ulaz u hotelski kompleks, kao i nedostatak putokaza duž puta do hotela.

We had a super enjoyable stay with kids. The kids loved the pools and all the playground options. Excellent service throughout the hotel and clean beautiful rooms. We very much enjoyed both the modern Italian restaurant and Etno Restaurant. Food was delicious!

The hotel is located in a wide valley within the Fruska Gora nature reserve, surrounded by lush green hills. It’s a peaceful and scenic setting that feels close to nature The hotel itself is spacious, modern, and looks quite new. Next to the main building, there’s a large spa complex. Access to the spa and pools is included in the room price, which is a great bonus There are five restaurants on the hotel grounds, giving guests a nice variety of dining options without needing to leave the area The hotel has 11 pools in total. Three are standard outdoor pools, and one of them features water slides. The rest are thermal pools located in the spa, spread over three or maybe even four levels. Two of the thermal pools are outdoors, while the others are indoors and covered. Taking a dip in the thermal waters is a very enjoyable experience. The spa also includes a wet sauna (hammam), at least two dry saunas, and a variety of treatments and massages at very reasonable prices We booked a standard room but were happy to receive a free upgrade to a superior one. The room was spacious, clean, and new, with a lovely balcony and a large bathroom. The shower was a treat, and the bed was big and comfortable. There was also a free minibar with soft drinks and water (still and sparkling), restocked every morning by room service Breakfast was very rich and diverse, with plenty of pastries, egg dishes (including made-to-order), and even a machine for freshly squeezed fruit and vegetable juice. I counted at least six automatic coffee machines placed for easy guest access. The dining area is large and divided into several rooms, with an option to sit on a terrace. Even though the hotel was quite full, the size of the dining area helped avoid any crowded feeling Parking next to the hotel costs 2,000 RSD per day, and it’s not covered. However, there is a free covered parking lot about a 10-minute walk away. The hotel allows up to 30 minutes in the paid parking area, which is useful for check-in and check-out Service was excellent in every part of the hotel — reception, spa, dining room, and housekeeping. Staff were always friendly, helpful, and professional Overall, considering everything the hotel offers, the price is very reasonable. Highly recommended

Veliko razočarenje Mnogo puta smo odlaziti sto na bazene sto u hotel sve do ovog zadnjeg puta kada smo dobili nejestivu hranu tj. burgere koji nisu bili peceni uopšte. Kada sam se požalila na sanku momci su slegnuli ramenima i izvinuli se, ali ovo je veliki propust menadzmenta. Sva sreća pa nismo imali nekih zdravstevnih problema ali smo se mogli svi potrovati. Sto se nas tiče, zaobilazićemo Terme u narednom periodu.
