We hebben gebeld voor een vrije kamer, ze zeggen kom maar we hebben een kamer vrij. Dus wij zijn dan maar met ons kindje van 2 jaar naar daar gegaan maar de mevrouw aan de balie was zo arrogant en zo grof, zij heeft ons gewoon weggestuurd op 1 augustus 2025 ochtend om 07 uur. Zij heeft ons letterlijk buiten gezet terwijl we al 24 uur onderweg waren naar ons huis in België. Dit kan gewoon niet. Ik heb een restaurant in België en ik ben zelf de chef-kok ervan, kom maar eens bij ons dan weet je wat klantvriendelijkheid is. We hebben zoiets nog nooit meegemaakt in ons leven. Dus Kroatië gaan we nooit meer. En dit ga ik nog meer plaatsen over jullie hotel en personeel. Ik ga dit ook doorsturen naar jullie plaatselijke kranten enzovoort. Als je een hotel gaat uitbaten dan moet je eerst vriendelijk en correct zijn tegenover je gasten. Zeer zeer jammer voor jullie baas. Hij heeft een mooie hotel maar geen fatsoenlijke personeel 😢😢

Największy plus tego hotelu to fantastyczne śniadanie. Wiele gotowych opcji, co skutkuje tym że nie trzeba samemu robić nawet kanapki. Wszystko co jadłem było na prawdę dobre. Czuć było dbanie o jakość i wysoki standard. Tu wiele podobnych hoteli mogłoby się uczyć. Komfortowy pokój dwu osobowy. Nie jest duży, ale bardzo przyjemnie urządzony. Wygodna łazienka w której znajdziemy świetne kosmetyki L'occitane. Do centrum chodziłem na piechotę. Dość przyjemne spacery choć sam Zagrzeb nie powala. Z lotniska dojechałem autobusem a później tramwajem, na koniec krótki spacer. Blisko do dworca autobusowego do którego można dojść z dużą walizką na piechotę. Ludzie na recepcji jak i z obsługi śniadania są profesjonalni i dobrze wykonują pracę. Obok hotelu dobra piekarnia i dobra knajpa, niedaleko mały sklep spożywczy. Okolica spokojna. Jedyny minus to zbyt miękki materac, a może był już zużyty. Tego nie wiem. Jednak to rzecz gustu. Hotel polecam. Jeśli będę w Zagrzebiu to wrócę do Livris'a

Trotz einer Fehlbuchung meinerseits konnte Marko uns nach 14 Stunden Fahrt unterbringen. So einen Mirarbeiter wünscht sich jedes Hotel. Danke

Sehr empfehlenswert! Ich habe mich in diesem Hotel rundum wohlgefühlt. Die Aufnahme war herzlich, das Personal an der Rezeption war besonders nett und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und vielfältig. Das gesamte Hotel war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Ich würde Livris Hotel definitiv weiterempfehlen und komme gerne wieder!

Small friendly hotel not far from the city centre. My economy single was well furnished and very clean. The air conditioning was noisy but did its job in a heatwave. Breakfast was fine and the waitress in the breakfast room was very efficient and kindly filled my water bottle with ice for a day’s sightseeing.

Spent 2 nights at Livris. Chose this hotel as the two Hilton hotels in the neighbourhood were very expensive and this one had good ratings and is a 5 min walk from my office.||I stayed in an "Annexe" room which is in a separate building behind the main hotel - in what looks like a converted apartment block.|It was a little noisy from the front door - you could hear people returning up the stairs and into their rooms but otherwise it was quiet, comfortable and had everything you needed.||The shower was not great - not very hot and not very powerful as the holes in the shower head we either blocked or shooting water at an odd angle,||I would stay at the Livris again for 1 or 2 nights

Not what I expected—but still a solid stay I stayed here for 4 nights in June (rooms 312 on the 3rd floor and 114 on the 1st). Here’s how it actually went: - Housekeeping wasn’t just lazy It wasn’t like they left our makeshift trash liner (a shopping bag) in place all day—it was emptied and replaced with a fresh one every morning. Small touch, but it kept the room feeling tidy. - Room sizes varied wildly I thought both rooms would be roughly the same—until I saw 312. It was spacious, light, and even had a little balcony. Room 114 felt cramped by comparison, and yet we paid the exact same rate. Not ideal if you’re hoping for consistency. - Stairs are a workout I assumed there’d be an elevator. Nope. Hauling bags up three flights became tedious—especially for my friend with bad knees who I moved downstairs. If stair-climbing isn’t your thing, steer clear. - AC quirks I expected a simple push-button cool-down, but instead: upstairs could hit 18 °C, yet sometimes refused to start; downstairs stubbornly hovered at 23 °C. And as soon as you remove your key-card, it snaps back to “auto” mode—wasting energy. - Noise level was surprisingly low It wasn’t like bustling city-center hotels—we barely heard anything. I heard the main door slam on my floor only once, and my friend only noticed it when drunk guests came in late on the ground floor. Overall, very quiet. - Friendly, English-speaking staff Reception and restaurant teams went out of their way: stored our bags when we arrived early, helped book taxis, and even let us grab a quick breakfast before checkout. - Decent breakfast buffet Not Michelin‐star quality, but eggs, cold cuts, cheeses, pastries and fruit gave us plenty of fuel for sightseeing. Bottom line: Livris Hotel wasn’t exactly how I pictured—rooms vary, no elevator, temperamental AC—but the price, cleanliness and genuinely helpful staff make it a good value for a short Zagreb visit. Would I stay again? Yes—just I’d request the big 3rd-floor room and maybe bring lighter luggage!-

Positiv vorweg Zimmer sehr sauber und Großbett ziemlich gemütlich genügend Parkplätze vorhanden . Frühstück sehr wenig Auswahl. Sehr einfacher Kaffee, keine hochwertige Säfte, kein Sprudel und kein gutes Brot für Frühstück zum Aufstrich. Personal unten im Frühstücksbereich versteht kein einziges Wort Englisch Frühstücksei ziemlich eng und klein. Alles in einem circa 150 € pro Nacht. Ist einfach viel zu viel und passt nicht zu diesem Standort aber auch nicht zu dem, was man hier bekommt.
