Imala sam priliku boraviti u hotelu Vitar u Bolu i moje iskustvo je bilo zaista izvanredno. Od trenutka kada sam stigla, sve je ostavilo snažan dojam prostor je bio čist i besprijekorno uređen, s puno pažnje posvećene detaljima. Sobe su udobne i moderno opremljene, a cjelokupan ambijent hotela odiše ugodnom i opuštajućom atmosferom. Posebno bih pohvalila doručak koji je bio apsolutno savršen ,raznolik, svjež i pripremljen s puno pažnje. Svakog jutra bilo je zadovoljstvo započeti dan takvim obrokom (posebno hvala gospodinu Goranu) Usluga je bila na najvišoj razini osoblje izuzetno ljubazno, susretljivo i profesionalno, uvijek spremno pomoći i izaći u susret s osmijehom. Poseban dojam na mene ostavila je i šefica hotela, koja se vidi da vodi tim s puno strasti, pažnje i posvećenosti svakom gostu.

Hôtel très propre et service irréprochable! Les chambre sont sobres et modernes et le roof top avec piscine, jacuzzi et service en continu est fort appréciable avec sa magnifique vue mer !! Le ptd est impeccable et les suppléments à la carte sont compris.

Magnifique séjour dans ce bel hôtel. Chambre et salle de bain avec baignoire vue mer splendide et très propre. Que dire de la piscine à débordement et du jacuzzi sur la jolie terrasse rooftop avec vue sur la mer et la montagne et la plage Zlanit Rat. Le petit déjeuner était délicieux et le personnel très gentil ! La localisation est parfaite pour profiter de la promenade le long de la mer pour rejoindre le centre de Bol ! Je recommande à 100% !

I truly love this hotel in Bol! The staff was super friendly and helped me with anything I needed or any questions I had or recommendations for restaurants or beaches to go to. The pool on the rooftop is extremely beautiful so I recommend spending some time up there. They have a sauna up there as well that is very well kept and has beautiful views they breakfast at the hotel every morning has many options and was absolutely delicious! They even make fresh orange juice for you on the spot I was traveling with my small dog and they were so accommodating! They even put dog bowls in our room with treats, and a toy for her. I thought this was a very cute and nice touch. The rooms are very spacious with balconies and huge bathrooms. Everything was very clean and it was an exceptional experience. I highly recommend this hotel and it is only a 10 minute walk from the main strip with all of the restaurants and shops and about a 15 to 20 minute walk from the big main beach, everyone goes to. It was nice that it is not located in the middle of all the action so it was quiet, peaceful and relaxing, but you were close enough to walk wherever you wanted to go.

Boravak u Hotelu Vitar bio je pravo otkriće i jedno od najboljih iskustava na Jadranu! Hotel je moderan, izuzetno čist i savršeno pozicioniran – s predivnim pogledom na more i zalazak sunca koji oduzima dah. Sobe su prostrane, ukusno uređene i izuzetno udobne, s velikim balkonima i vrhunskim sadržajima. Posebno bih izdvojio infinity bazen na krovu, koji je prava atrakcija – savršen za opuštanje uz koktel i panoramski pogled na Brački kanal. Osoblje je izuzetno ljubazno, profesionalno i uvek spremno pomoći, bilo da je u pitanju preporuka restorana, izlet ili organizacija prevoza. Doručak je raznovrstan i kvalitetan, s domaćim i svežim namirnicama. Lokacija hotela je idealna – dovoljno blizu centra Bola i poznate plaže Zlatni rat, a opet u mirnom delu grada za potpuni odmor. Topla preporuka svima koji traže spoj luksuza, mira i prirodnih lepota. Hotel Vitar je mesto gde se rado vraćaš!

This is a gorgeous adults only hotel. It’s small & quiet & in a great location 5 minutes walk from the town & the beach (15 mins easy walk to Zlatni Rat beach). The rooftop terrace & pool is absolutely stunning, with amazing views. Photos don’t do it justice . Room is not huge but fine for us for 4 days. Big comfy super king bed (but very low!), huge balcony, great air con, fridge/mini bar, real hairdryer, robes & slippers. Breakfast was fab - buffet & a la carte egg menu. Highly recommend for couples who want a quiet, luxury hotel.

We had the most beautiful night at the hotel celebrating our honeymoon! They were welcoming, the room was beautiful, and close to everything in town. The rooftop pool and hot tub were perfection in the morning!

We had the most fantastic stay at Hotel Vitar — truly perfect in every way. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, everything exceeded our expectations.||Room & views||Our room was a great size, clean, modern, and well-equipped. We highly recommend booking a sea-view balcony as it’s a wonderful spot to relax and watch the world go by.||Breakfast ||Breakfast was a real highlight. A generous and high-quality buffet complemented by a small à la carte menu made for the perfect start to each day. ||Special shoutout to Goran and Israel for their consistently warm, professional service. Goran even remembered our coffee order (cappuccinos with an extra shot!) after just a couple of mornings. This was a thoughtful touch that made us feel truly looked after.||Housekeeping||The housekeeping was impeccable. Our room was refreshed daily with care and attention to detail. The maid even picked up on our coffee preferences and started leaving us extra pods for the in-room machine. Again, that personal touch really made a difference.||Rooftop terrace & pool||The rooftop terrace was a real treat. Proper grown-up luxury. The pool, sauna and jacuzzi were spotless and well maintained. We loved that sunbeds were always available without any of that bed-reserving nonsense. Everything was peaceful, clean, and relaxing. The terrace boasted an excellent food and drinks service which is good value too. ||Gym||We only used the gym facilities once (it was a holiday after all!), but the gym spaces had everything we needed for a good cardio and weights session. Clean, well-equipped, and a nice bonus to watch the world go by while burning off an icecream or twenty!||Location||The location of the hotel was ideal — quiet and peaceful, yet just a short walk to both Bol town in one direction and the famous Zlatni Rat beach in the other. We were never disturbed by noise, whether relaxing by the pool or sleeping at night.||Reception||Reception staff were exceptional — friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. Whether it was booking restaurants, organising trips, or offering local advice, nothing was too much trouble. You could really tell they care about the hotel and its guests.||Transport||If you’re planning a trip to Brač, a couple of recommendations to make things run smoother:||- Check the ferry times to Bol in advance. Ferries don’t run late into the evening, so timing is key. A quick email to the hotel reception can be really helpful with this too as the online timetable is confusing. One option is to stay a night in Split (which is well worth a visit in its own right) and catch an early ferry the next day. Alternatively, try to book flights or connections that get you into Split early enough to make the same-day ferry.||- Once you arrive in Bol, the hotel is just a short walk away, but it’s up a fairly steep hill and somehow it feels steeper the more luggage you’re carrying! If you’ve got suitcases, be ready for a (very doable but) hot, 10-minute uphill push or consider grabbing a cab. Either way, you’ll be rewarded with a delicious welcome cocktail at the hotel when you arrive.||Final Thoughts 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟||Hotel Vitar is an absolute gem. It’s a place where adults unwind and everything shines.||It gets a 10/10 from us and we highly recommend it. We will definitely be back — and not just once, if we can help it! Fingers crossed they have a loyalty scheme …||A Couple of (very minor) suggestions||These aren’t criticisms — just gentle suggestions for the hotel.||We didn’t love the coffee served in the hotel, but honestly, we struggled to find good coffee to our taste anywhere in town. A better Italian-style espresso option would elevate an already great offering.||Hanging space in the wardrobe was a little limited (10 hangers), but we were staying nearly two weeks and probably overpacked. We’re sure more hangers would’ve been happily provided if we’d asked.

This is one of the nosiest hotels I have ever stayed in. We booked the best room they had, on the third floor which is directly underneath the pool. On the first night we could not sleep as the pool pump was on all night. We complained the next morning and agreed to move rooms to an equivalent room one floor down. The first night in this room was OK as we had the air con on all night and it drowned out the sound. The second night the fan on the shower would not turn off and the pool pump came on at 3.30AM. We decided there and then to move hotels. The top floor pool and breakfast also have unnecessary music playing - not needed when you are trying to rest in the sun or coming to over breakfast. The hotel is also on a busy road - busy for Bol, but still makes the balcony or having your window open far less enjoyable than it should be. The staff were all amazing - really tried to help us to feel more comfortable, but ultimately I value quiet and sleep on holiday above all, so we had to leave. Go if you don’t mind a noisy hotel and value style, avoid if you value sleep…but thanks once more to the amazing staff!

We had a fantastic and relaxing mini-moon here after our wedding. The value is fantastic, considering that the rooms are nice and comfortable and the rooftop wellness area is stunning. It’s also quite a short walk to town. Best hotel in Bol!

This must be the best hotel in Bol, considering the very reasonable price. I went during what was clearly still offseason in mid May for a single night, and was upgraded from the cheapest room category to the second best. All of the employees were exceptionally nice. Both the room and common rooms are great, but the main reason to stay is the roof. The Infiniti pool and hot tub with 360 degree views of the Adriatic are world class. The roof is simply stunning, and a comparable experience in many places in the world would cost at least 3x as much. The location is convenient as well, very slightly off the beaten path but a quick walk to everywhere. Highly recommend.
