Un hotel excelente. Ubicado en un muy buen lugar, cerca de la parte antigua de la ciudad, donde se puede ir caminando. Las instalaciones están en perfecto estado, la habitación es una suite con amplios espacios y muy confortable. El desayuno buffet es simple pero bueno. Cabe destacar la atención impecable del personal y cada uno de los detalles que hacen mejorar la experiencia.

This place absolutely does not meet the expectations of a 5-star hotel. Dirty carpets, musty-smelling rooms, decor is the opposite of cozy; hotel overall is in massive need of renovation. There are so many better options in Zagreb; do yourself a favour and go to Esplanade, art’otel, or Met Boutique instead.

Et rigtig flot hotel med virkelig skøn service. Personalet er smilende, hjælpsomme og flinke. Vi prøvede også massage, som levede op til forventningerne. Morgenmaden er indbydende og der er noget for en hver smag. Hotellet kan varmt anbefales. Havde 5 overnatninger i forbindelse med ferie.

Sasvim slucajno smo odabrali Le Premier za jednu noc u Zagrebu i bili odusevljeni!!! Lokacija je savrsena, hotel je jako kvalitetno sagradjen i ukusno opremljen. Sobe i kupatila su prostrani, sve funkcionira jako dobro. Usluga u hotelu je bila apsolutno fantasticna - od recepcije, do restorana - sve su to mladi, nasmijani i veseli ljudi. Dorucak i vecera su bili izvan svih ocekivanja. Drago nam je da mozemo podijeliti nase misljenje sa drugima jer ovaj hotel iskreno toplo preporucamo.

The room is big with a lot of space, very clean and comfortable. The breakfast has a lot of options. The restaurant is beautiful and the food is delicious. The staff are amazing! All very kind. We had an awesome time there.

Had a great stay here with good access to the old town. Fantastic service at the front desk and good breakfast options. I could never manage to make the in room coffee work though.

Fêtes de Pâques à Zagreb avec mon fils|Bel Hôtel ,bien situé,pas loin de la vieille ville ,personnel à l’écoute et très aimable , chambre spacieuse mais pas chaleureuse !|Excellent petit déjeuner ,buffet très copieux,dîners aussi tres bon!|Le spa est super! Les massages top !!|Nous y sommes allés plusieurs fois
