We had a lovely evening at the Hyatt on saturday evening, celebrating our Wedding Anniversary. The ambiance was fantastic and the staff courteous and attentive. We ate in the Palm Restaurant, and I ordered 'Fuži' Pasta with Black Truffle, my wife the 'Risotto Gamberro Rosso' (Prawn Risotto). Unfortunately, both meals were barely warm when they arrived at our table, my Pasta was merely Penne and not 'Fuži' as described on the Menu. My wife's Prawn Risotto contained only a very few Prawns and was basically a bowl of rice. We did bring the above to the attention of our Waiter. He was very sympathetic, and said he would pass this information on to others. Thankfully the food's shortcomings did not spoil what was otherwise an enjoyable experience.

What sets Hyatt Regency Zadar apart from other 5-star hotels is its personalized service. I booked a suite for a special celebration with my partner and made a few specific requests prior to our stay. The team, especially Luka and Marija, was very proactive in finding personalized solutions to meet our needs. Although I haven't stayed at the hotel yet, I have already experienced 5-star service through their attentive assistance. PS I have been back home for two weeks now, and I must say that the standard of service met my high expectations. However, something unexpected happened when I checked out: I lost my sunglasses in the swimming pool area of the hotel and only realized it once I got home. I called the hotel, and they found my sunglasses the next day. Matea at the front desk managed all the communication with me and arranged to send my sunglasses back. Even though I had already checked out, everything was handled very professionally.

Ivan Dujmov je svojim radom ostavio iznimno pozitivan dojam tijekom našeg boravka. Njegova ljubaznost i profesionalnost u poslu su zaista impresivni. Kada je riječ o kavi, uvijek je preporučio najbolje opcije i osigurao da svaka šalica bude savršeno pripremljena. Njegovo znanje o različitim vrstama kave i sposobnost da prilagodi preporuke prema ukusima gostiju su stvarno za pohvalu. Također, Ivan je vodio razgledavanje hotela s velikim entuzijazmom. Njegova detaljna objašnjenja o svakom dijelu hotela, kao i povijesti i uslugama koje nude, učinila su razgledavanje vrlo zanimljivim i informativnim. Njegova strast prema poslu i briga za goste su očite, što dodatno poboljšava ukupno iskustvo boravka. Sve u svemu, Ivan Dujmov je izvanredan djelatnik koji svojim pristupom i profesionalizmom doprinosi izvrsnosti hotela. Preporučam ga svima koji traže visoku razinu usluge i ugodnu atmosferu.

Loved our stay at the Hyatt Zadar! The hotel only opened in May of 2025 and our stay was in June so the room and hotel were brand new with 5 star amenities. Had a wonderful time swimming in the pool and enjoying the spa. Our room had a pool and ocean view and the bed was comfortable and actually king sized! There was a large breakfast spread and the staff was incredibly accommodating. Reaching old town was a breeze with a short boat crossing provided by the boat ride men of Zadar (2 euro) to visit the sea organ and the greeting to the sun. Highly recommend!

New hotel, great location. Service was good & friendly, but also slow sometimes (on Alfred's terrace), and when they understood our order incorrectly (no worries, that can happen, just bring the correct order), we were a bit perplexed that he afterwards went into discussion with us that we really ordered the other thing, and it was basically our fault?! No, we didn't order that. You misheard/misunderstood. -1 star Rooms were spacious and great, partial sea-view. Would be 5 stars, but, in the morning it started to rain and both our rooms (had the family room) started to smell like sewer. It was headache inducing, our kids didn't want to stay in the room anymore. Luckily, we were about to check out, I don't know what else I would have done. Surely not stay in that room. When I told the receptionist on checkout, she basically said: "yeah, that happens when it rains". So, great rooms on sunny days, but might smell terrible on rainy days...

This is a stunning hotel. Our room was large and clean, with a great bathroom. All the facilities were immaculate and top quality. All the staff were incredibly polite, helpful and welcoming. The pool is large with plenty of seating and shade next to it, and on the roof terrace above. The spa is excellent and was often quiet, making it very relaxing. The staff serving around the pool for drinks and food were very busy so it took a little time to get their attention, but they were working very hard. Wonderful breakfast spread, which set us up for the day. I wish we had known about the boat crossing to the old town - we didn’t discover this until the day we left! This was a real treat for me and my son. Thank you!
