Je n’ai jamais été aussi déçu par un hôtel qui semblait si prometteur. Sur leur site, comme la plupart des hôtels, il est très bien présenté avec de belles photos et notamment du spa. Or, grosse surprise, le spa est hors d’usage et les massages indisponibles. À aucun moment cela est indiqué sur le site et nous avions dû demander pour qu’on nous donne l’information. De plus, les informations ne sont pas cohérentes entre les réceptionnistes car un second nous a dit qu’on pouvait simplement utiliser la piscine ou le sauna sur demande, ce que nous avons appris au moment du Check-out. Et cela concerne aussi d’autres sujets comme les réductions de pris sur les activités autour de l’hôtel qui varie d’un réceptionniste à l’autre. De plus, l’hôtel possède une salle de jeux. Or, la plupart sont inutilisables à cause du matériel dégradé. Et la salle de sport est très peu utilisé donc la poussière s’accumule, il y a du matériel inutilisable ( la selle de vélo posé par terre). De plus, cela nous a étonné qu’il n’y ai aucun frigo dans la chambre alors qu’il y a un emplacement dédié, en ayant demandé à la réception, on nous a juste dit que l’hôtel n’en avait pas pour les chambres, ce qui est dommage. La documentation est obsolète. Par exemple, il y est indiqué la possibilité de trois repas par jour dans l’hôtel, ce qui n’est pas le cas car le restaurant de l’hôtel est fermé le midi. Si vous comptez séjourner dans cet hôtel, je vous déconseille d’y rester un grand nombre de jour comme nous l’avons fait (10 jours) et surtout ne penser même pas à prendre la demi-pension. En effet, vous avec une menu pour le dîner qui varie très peu. Tous les soirs, il y a les trois même soupes en entrée, tandis que pour les plats les mêlées reviennes tous les deux jours et il propose en accompagnement soit rien soit que des frites. Ce n’est pas normal d’être obligé de demander des légumes. Donc vous allez vite être lassé. De plus, la qualité des plats est moyen, les cuisiniers poivrent et mettent du sel en abondance, ce qui cache peut être quelque chose. Ce qui est dommage car les plats à la carte sont plus variés et ont davantage de saveurs, comme si prendre la demi-pension était une punition. Surtout, à quelque exceptions, le personnel de la restauration paraît peu qualifié ce qui se traduit en un service très long pour deux tables, des plats servis n’importe comment, des erreurs dans les commandes en ne nous prévenant même pas et des plats supprimés ou changer sans que ce soir inscrit sur le menu du jour, ce qui est dommage car ils sont très gentils. Le nombre d’étoiles me paraît exagéré et pas adapté pour cet hôtel et je vais envoyer ce commentaire au ministère du tourisme croate pour avis. C’est dommage d’être placé aussi près du parc national de Krka et de ne pas avoir de service à la hauteur. Malgré tout cela, l’hôtel a des qualités telles que la piscine extérieure, la réduction sur les activités proposées autour, une climatisation efficace et indispensable dans la chambre, un emplacement très optimal si vous voulez visiter le parc national de Krka et un buffet pour le petit déjeuné très bon et varié.

Nie rozumiem tak niskich opinii. Jeden z lepszych hoteli w jakim ostatnio byliśmy. Wszyscy bardzo pomocni. Super basen. Fajne pokoje. Spoko śniadania i kolację. Hotel jest dość stary i delikatnie zaniedbany ale nie razi w oczy. Ceny jak na Chorwację i lokalizacje super.

Reggeli svédasztalos bőséges, családi szobában voltunk, a fürdőben 2 mosdó, kád és zuhany is volt. Egyik szobában franciaágy, a másikban egy egyszemélyes és egy emeletes ágy volt. Ruhaszárító tartó még jól jött volna. Recepción 15% kedvezménnyel lehet felnőtt jegyet venni a Krka parkba. Gyerek jegyre nem adnak kedvezményt, tanuló jegyet itt nem lehet venni. Kültéri medence van, napozó ágyakkal, ernyőkkel.

This hotel is terrible. My boyfriend and my child who is 1,7year old wanted to stay there just over the night. Because it was very hot outside (35•C), we headed to the pool, which we had included into the price. My child had his swming diaper on, then the hotel manager came and first said, child can not be in the pool with his diaper on. I was like what? Ok i can take the diaper off my child. Then in the next sentence he said my child cant swim in the pool. Me and my partner were ehat did he just said??? And then the hotel manager said i forbid you to use the swimming pol. The attitude was horrible, he was yeling at us. I mean we are talking about a small child who wanted to be in the swimming pool.

Dit is een ouder hotel, maar voor 3 sterren kun je niet veel meer verwachten. Kamers waren schoon, ontbijt was basic. Zou dit niet boeken als er geen last minute korting was, dan is het wel echt overpriced. Handig als je het park wil bezoeken, maar voor degelijke eetgelegenheden moet je 10 min met de auto naar het beneden gelegen havendorpje.

Wir können das Hotel nur empfehlen! Es liegt direkt am Eingang zum Krka Nationalpark. Egal ob Rezeption, Service- oder Reinigungskräfte, alle waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Man kann vergünstigte Eintrittskarten für den Nationalpark an der Rezeption kaufen. Frühstück war gut, Abendessen nicht schlecht und für 15 Euro ein Dreigang-Menü zu bekommen, da kann man nicht meckern. Innen- und Außenpool vorhanden. Schöne Terrasse für den Abend. Die Zimmer ausreichend groß mit schönem Balkon und vor allem sauber!!

My boyfriend and I stayed at Vrata Krke Hotel in early May and we were absolutely delighted! The hotel is perfectly located right next to Krka National Park, which made it super convenient for our nature getaways. The grounds are well-maintained and peaceful, with a lovely outdoor pool that’s perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The breakfasts were amazing, everything fresh and delicious. The staff were incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. We felt comfortable and cared for from the moment we arrived. This is a wonderful place for a calm and cozy retreat surrounded by nature. We truly recommend it and would love to return someday!

Za ostatak hotela ne mogu govoriti jer ga nismo posjetili, ali je restoran odličan. Hrana i prostor su savršeni, a posluga je super i svi su jako dragi. Nismo jeli 4 dana i ovdje smo se najeli. Preporučujem.

Juste bien pour visiter le parc de Krka. Chambre moyenne Dîner et petit dej moyen moins. C’est bien quand on arrive tard et qu’on repart tôt… Les parkings sont gratuits partout.

Exploring the Balkan countries wasn’t originally on my wishlist, but it turns out my husband planned this trip really well, and one of the countries or cities we visited included a stay at this hotel. We arrived in the late afternoon, on a large bus that had a bit of trouble parking or dropping off passengers because the facade area was quite narrow. Even though we only stayed for one night, the first impression my family and I had was that the hotel was clean, comfortable, and close to nature (which, unfortunately, we couldn’t fully enjoy because we had to move on to another city or country the next morning). As far as I remember, there was only one small elevator, and since we were part of a big group with lots of luggage, the younger folks ended up carrying the suitcases up and down the stairs. The hotel had a bit of an old-fashioned vibe, but as long as it was clean and comfortable, we were fine with it. In the morning, while waiting for the bus, we had a chance to take some quick photos outside in the nicely arranged area.

Po dolasku u hotel 1.4. vidjeli smo da nema puno gostiju, možda nas je bilo 3-4 i nekoliko radnika koji su tamo spavali. Grijanje ne radi u cijelom hotelu, tražili smo grijalicu. Večera svaku večer ista, vjerojatno pečeno ranije i samo se podgrijava. Doručak, kava gorka, kruh star i tvrd, malo salame i sira jednostavno bolje je zatvoriti nego na takav način gostima priuštiti neugodu.

Rooms, especially toilette and bathtube were dirty, really dirty. My room was not ready with sheets for my kids when they gave us the keys. The kids said their coach where they slept was extremly unconfortable. The food for half board was very poor especially the dinner. The door of the room you needed to slam it to get it closed in room 109. I dont know if this was due to the fact that it was out of season but it seemed it was a consumed old structure. I would never give 3 stars to this hotel max with good will i would give it a 2. The only good thing is as its name shows, its at the gate of KRKA park, so if you aim to visit the magnificient KRKA park, the location is great.
