Great location and friendly staff. Its interesting how the decoration is set up it gives you a special feeling. We had one of the bigger rooms. But the bed was uncomfortable, the bathroom was stupid, to small, annoying shower head (for saving water) and the layout of the rooms is that you have to turn to one side to sit on the toilet. I am tall. The lighting in the room was really bad. The breakfast was ok for that price BUT MY GIRLFRIEND ASKED FOR SOME SUNNY SIDE UP EGGS and the lady in charge wanted to CHARGE THEM EXTRA. And then said some weird comment and didnt charge them. I dont care about the extra cost. I mean its their hotel and they should decide how they want to run it. But for such a small hotel it should not be a question if they gonna do it. It should be done without a question. But ok … if 2€ more expenses are worth it to them to give the guest a negative experience then its just not a place for us. We planned to also have some dinner there but after that i didn want to. We went to different places in the region and it was really great!

Beautiful venue and location. |5-star service from Moon-Ray (chef), Jeffrey (concierge/waiter), and Kaya (manager).|Amazing room - spacious, well-appointed, lovely view. The only exception - dreadful (“eco”) shower - it was difficult to even get wet, washing hair was an impossibility!! Thankfully however the pool was fabulous and refreshing. |Booked here for Sat and Sun nights via a tour. Saturday dinner phenomenal!! However their restaurant is closed on Sundays. Tour advised that hotel would arrange alternative restaurant booking and transport for dinner. Booking made for us at nearest restaurant - 2km away. However we were advised that after our planned 16km hike, in very hot weather, we could then walk the 2km to the restaurant (uphill, in full sun, arriving dusty and sweaty to a very fancy venue), and return, because “it’s not far”. Refused transport. No taxi service available. Not impressed with hotel owner’s attitude (thankfully frantic messaging with tour organiser resolved issue).

Hotel magnifique, très cozy avec une équipe très sympathique et acceuillante. Un cadre superbe dans une très belle région. Je recommande vivement cette adresse
