Lo bueno: excelentes vistas, habitacion muy comoda, cambian toallas todos los dias, desayuno mas que completo, personal muy amable, instalaciones practicamente nuevas. Lo malo: si bien hay buses que pasan por una avenida a unas 3 cuadras, esta alejado del centro. Cuesta un poco ubicarlo en taxi. Si bien tiene algunas playas cerca, toda la zona esta en "reconstruccion" por lo cual la accesibilidad a las mismas, al menos desde el hotel, es muy poco comoda y desalentadora. La zona de noche es muy oscura y solitaria, y pareciera ser que a la vuelta hay un estacionamiento que de noche funciona como lo que en Argentina llamamos "villa cariño". Aunque no nos parecio insegura. Y el wifi funcionaba debil, se descontactaba de a ratos

Wir haben uns anhand der Bilder etwas getäuscht und es etwas anders erwartet. Parkplätze waren genügend vorhanden. Die Zimmer waren ganz ok. Dusche war in unserem Zimmer für mich als große Person sehr beengend! Frühstück war ok, aber der Raum fürs Buffet ist klein und ungeschickt genutzt, da steht man sich dann gern öfter mal im Weg. Der Service war gut und das Personal freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Leider stand nirgends, dass der Weg zum Strand wegen Bauarbeiten nicht begehbar ist und man außen rum gehen muss! Da könnte man bei der Buchung informieren. Als wir ausgecheckt haben, wurde auch nicht gefragt, ob wir zufrieden waren oder Anmerkungen haben. Wir würden hier nicht mehr buchen!

Emplacement catastrophique (30mn a pied du centre dans une zone vraiment pas jolie avec très peu de restaurant autour) Hôtel partagé avec une église et un cabinet dentaire ?!? Chambre donnant sur la cour intérieure et non sur la mer (notre faute) Salle de bain très exiguë, très peu de place dans la douche Wifi catastrophique TV analogique avec un max de chaînes en allemand (et en Croatie) Petit déjeuner sympa, le premier jour, mais toujours la même chose et choix limité Sinon, personnel plutôt sympa, salle de fitness dispo On est passé par une agence qui nous a proposé ce choix, j'aurais dû vérifier. Sans doute que notre budget ne laissait pas le choix...

This is a modern hotel. Receptionist Ana is friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean. Room amenities are appropriate. There is a locker. Air conditioning is good. Wifi is almost non existent. Breakfast is ok. It is a bit away from the main town. There are no many eating places around. Hotel restaurant caterers only to non vegetarian palate.

Nice enough hotel. Service and cleaning was fine, nothing more. It's outside the city with a 30-40min walk into town. It's a 10-15min walk to the nearest supermarket and the way to the beach was a construction zone, so you had to go around it all.

Short review: Not worth the money, almost every aspect is underwhelming. Long review: Hotel stars needs to be adjusted this is no where near 3 star hotel. Value for money; non existent, there is no reason to pay that price for this experience, the see view was ok, but not special. Location is inconvenient for Ubers and taxis because the entrance is not accessible by car and the driver has to drive to a dead end where the parking is. When I asked the staff what is the best way to move from the hotel to the center, they recommended Ubers. I discovered days later that public transport is available and there is a direct bus to the center, however that includes walking 15 minutes, which can be tough in the sun. Breakfast: The general philosophy of the hotel is “we offer the cheap stuff in the buffet breakfast so people would buy the good products from the menu” this attitude made it one of the worst breakfast I’ve ever experienced. For example, the coffee machine works with instant coffee and coffee whitener. No real ingredients, while you can order an espresso based coffee from the menu. Every ingredient is of low quality, especially the cold cuts and cheese. They offer those fake powder juices in the buffet that are very diluted. However, you can pay 5€ for a freshly squeezed one. Bathroom: tiny showers. Everything is a little roughed up and used a little too much. The sink water stopper doesn’t work. The toilet seat is not stable and slides. The room: the room is not designed for a double bed but there is a double bed in there, with 2 single mattresses next to each other. So the charging port and light controls are on one side and the MIDDLE of the bed between the mattresses. Furthermore, the bed and the floor were squeaky and making noises from one person moving on it (60kg). The window shaders are very overused and sometimes don’t work and you have to jiggle with it for some minutes or pull it from the outside yourself. On the positive note. The staff were friendly, wooden floors in the room is nice. The atmosphere of the sitting area outside gave good vibes.

Très bon hotel, propre, la chambre est spacieuse. Petit bémol sur la douche vraiment pas grande. Autrement le petit dejeûner est vraiment complet, il y en a pour tous les goûts. La terrasse extérieur est vraiment agréable. L’hotel n’est pas très loin du vieux centre de split, 30 minutes à pied en longeant la côte, une promenade qui se fait très bien avec un beau panorama.

Pas loin du centre, chambre spacieuse, petit déjeuner assez complet, la terrasse est très agréable. La literie est confortable. Nous ne sommes pas déçus.

Rezeption 24 Stunden besetzt.|Tomislav sorgte dafür, dass es eine Karte fürs Derby in Split gab. Herzlichen Dank nochmal dafür ;-)|Tina, die Rezeptionistin, hat uns gute Tipps für Restaurants für die Altstadt gegeben. Zur 'Old Town' läuft man ca. 20-30 Minuten am Strand entlang.|Hubschrauberlandeplatz und Krankenhaus in Hotelnähe.
