Το ξενοδοχείο είναι σε φανταστικό μέρος. Το συνεδριακό κέντρο είναι πολύ καλό. Το εστιατόριο είναι καλοστημένο, με πλήρη και νόστιμη κουζίνα, μπουφές. Κάποια μέρα όμως περπατούσαν κατσαρίδες στα πιάτα και τα τραπέζια. Το πιο απογοητευτικό είναι η κατάσταση των δωματίων. Το στρώμα απαράδεκτο, πολύ πλαδαρό, αδύνατο να κοιμηθούν δύο άτομα χωρίς να ξυπνάει το ένα το άλλο. Δωμάτιο καπνιστών, μύριζε τσιγαριλα. Το κλιματιστικό φασαρία σαν σακαρακα. Στο μπάνιο μούχλα και κατσαρίδες.

Hotel je na predivnom mestu, lokacija za parove sa decom je idealna. Ono sto iako su jos uvek u drzavnom vlsnistvu ne opravdava potpunu indeferentnost prema gostima hotela u smislu higijene koja je za hotel sa 4 zvezdice zaista neprimerena, ovo je blazoj formi, kreveti stari, posteljina opramq ali isflekana, kao i peskiri. Ono sto je zaista dobro je hrana, ali meni to nije akcenat kada smo na odmoru. Za cenu koju smo olatili, ovo je porazavajuce. Stari namestaj nije problem, ali higijena je elementarna stvar koja zavisi samo od odoblja hotela. Nezainteresovanost osoblja sto jedan od liftova ne radi, sto je sef zakljucwo prethodni host, a oni misu pogledali zasto je tako, znaci potpuna nezainteresovanost zaposlenig osoblja.

Let’s take this in a positive way! The hotel located right in town and close to everywhere and we loved it in the first place! However the room we checked in was out of order and ac wasn’t working. We realized after we came back around midnite.. they changed our room and and the one was ok and seems like working but still it was scoring it inside and we were tired. There’s a musty smell in the room, like carpet or wet towel or mold we couldn’t figure out. The rooms were from 70’s or 80’s… hotel needs a serious update! Then we realized the shower had no door, not even a panel like we had at the other room. All water from shower goes to the floor and makes it slippery and dangerous for guests. Especially after a few drinks, there could be a serious incident. Let’s make 1 thing clear, This is a hotel, not a soup kitchen and the staff is not working free inside! Hotel staff seemed working and upset, annoyed and disturbed, and no one speaks proper English so that makes communication super difficult. Hotel staff ignored eye contact and doesn’t greet or talk to guests because of language barrier I believe or maybe they just didn’t wanna work there or doesn’t like guests may be?? Breakfast was adequate and enough to start the day and again the dining staff was running around like headless chicken and sweating and ignoring guests when they want to talk.. we don’t care food or drink much, when hospitality, friendliness and warm welcoming environment is gone on a vacation, there’s nothing to grab positive during stay! Also it shows the respect level, how much a hotel care their guests, see them just a business customer. These are all positive comments and there are lots of room to be improved when it comes to hospitality, the importance of working at a hotel, and understanding guest expectations. If you’re not sure what your guest simply expects from you then you should close the hotel and do something else for business! I will definitely come back again to Belgrade, we loved it and we loved the location but we would like to see some serious actions taken before we and my friends reconsider staying at this hotel.

Sve pohvale za ljubaznost,prijatno i usluzno osoblje .Posebno bih izdvojio Zoricu(mama),Nadju i Anastasiju. Hteo bi da im se zahvalim na informacijama koje su mi pomogle da boravak bude ljepši i ugodniji. Još jednom im veliko HVALA i et mene ako Boga insallah ponovo u Nobel Palace hotel. Lp

Otel çok bakımsız. Asansör bazen katta durmuyor ve kapısı açılmıyor. 5 dakika beklememe rağmen banyoda sıcak su gelmedi. Klima soğutmuyor. Duşun kapısı kırık. Otopark var diye tutmuştuk ama otelin kendi otoparkı yok. başka bir yer tarif ettiler oradan da 12,5 Euro (1 motosiklet için) talep ettiler. Güya 4 yıldız ama akşam su bile temin edemedik. Kesinlikle parasının hakkı değil. Sadece merkeze yakın olması artı bir durum.
