Tout était absolument parfait ! 3 nuits passées dans ce magnifique hôtel...une vue à couper le souffle...une piscine divine....des chambres spacieuses et de grande qualité..... Rien à redire !!!! Tout était merveilleux..... Je conseille à 100% et reviendrai dès que possible !

I will start from the beginning. We arrived at 11 PM and were greeted by a young man at the reception who wasn’t very friendly. He simply handed us the room key without offering any additional details — where the restaurant is, what time breakfast is served, what other facilities are available — nothing of the sort. It’s true that all these details are mentioned in the room, but considering it’s a 4-star hotel, and such a beautiful one, a bit more professionalism from the staff wouldn’t hurt. I’m writing this message not with the intention of harming anyone, but to point out some irregularities. His colleague at the reception, as well as the gentleman also working there, were both very friendly, warm, and helpful. From the moment we checked in, we could tell by his attitude that he couldn’t be just a regular employee — more likely a relative of the owner, which turned out to be true. All the more reason to act professionally, especially when you work in the hospitality industry and you’re the only one there showing a complete lack of professionalism! Many thanks to the bar staff, the cleaning team, and those who prepare breakfast — the food was very good, even if not extremely varied, it was always fresh. Congratulations on the omelet! The young lady at reception is an absolute sweetheart, a true professional — an employee to be proud of! The hotel is 20 minutes away from Dubrovnik by car. The road to Dubrovnik is the most beautiful we’ve ever driven — we’re traveling with our personal car. The pool is excellent in every way! I would recommend this hotel anytime, without hesitation, but please do something about the attitude of the wrong kind of people — it’s a shame to let that ruin a place with so much potential. *** Update: Out of respect for the beautiful vacation, but also for your father who is such a modest gentleman, I will not say more, I will only provide proof both from Waze where when you called us to ask when we would arrive, I told you we would arrive in a few minutes, but also the proof of the car app, which shows that the arrival time is 10:18 PM, we arrived even earlier than 11 PM. Never make a lying guest again, it is the most despicable thing you can do in this industry, especially when you know you are wrong and it can be proven. Please find attached the pictures:

Das Hotel besticht zwar durch seine gelungene Architektur, jedoch entspricht der Service in mehreren Bereichen nicht dem zu erwartenden Standard. |Beim Check-out wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass die Nutzung des Pools und der Duschen für die verbleibende Stunde bis zum Flughafentransfer nur gegen einen Aufpreis von 20 € möglich sei. Die Begründung, dies sei aus Rücksicht auf andere Gäste erforderlich, erscheint wenig nachvollziehbar – insbesondere, da die Zahlung offenbar doch eine Nutzung ermöglicht. Dieses Vorgehen wirkt wie eine gezielte Strategie zur zusätzlichen Einnahmengenerierung, geht jedoch deutlich zulasten der Gästezufriedenheit.||Die Abgelegenheit des Hotels war Teil unserer Auswahl, allerdings wird dies dadurch konterkariert, dass das Restaurant erst ab 17:00 Uhr geöffnet ist. Ein angemessenes kulinarisches Angebot ist somit tagsüber schlicht nicht vorhanden.||Die Zimmerreinigung nach der ersten Nacht wurde ohne Angabe von Gründen ausgelassen. Auf Nachfrage wurde lediglich knapp darauf verwiesen, dass die Reinigung nur am Vormittag erfolge und die Möglichkeit heute somit verstrichen sei – eine Entschuldigung erfolgte nicht.||Des Weiteren wurde selbst für einfaches Leitungswasser (serviert, aber warm, mit Eiswürfeln) am Pool eine Gebühr erhoben.||In der Summe führen diese Defizite dazu, dass das Hotel trotz des ansprechenden Designs insgesamt keinen empfehlenswerten Eindruck hinterlässt.

Waouh quel hôtel ! Une piscine avec une vue spectaculaire. De grandes chambres propres et bien décorées (béton, bois, l'esprit de l'hôtel) Un petit déjeuner très bien, toujours avec une vue magnifique. Je reviendrai dans cet hôtel avec plaisir.

My stay at Hotel Osmolis was absolutely perfect from start to finish! Everything deserves a solid five stars – from the exceptional cleanliness and fantastic cuisine to the kind and professional staff. The rooms are spotlessly clean, tidy, and modernly furnished, and the entire space exudes freshness and attention to detail. The kitchen is truly commendable – the food was varied, fresh, and incredibly tasty, with a special emphasis on local flavors and perfect presentation. The staff is extremely friendly, warm, and always available – from the reception to the restaurant. I truly felt welcome and well taken care of. The hotel is very modern and beautiful. It has a stunning view of the Adriatic Sea, with a pool and a terrace for lunch, dinner, and more. The staff are very friendly and professional. I stayed for three nights and it was a wonderful experience. The Old Town is nearby, but the hotel is secluded, which makes the experience in Dubrovnik even better. I would recommend staying at this hotel and I will return here at the first opportunity.

Vanjski bazen i mjesto sa ležaljkama je super pozicionirano, djelomično u hladu djelomično na suncu. Doručak je ukusan, sa bogatim i raznolikim izborom. Beautiful views and quiet location. We stayed in June and it was very pleasant, as it provides a quieter experience (all common areas, including eating area and swimming pool were not overcrowded and very cosy). We also had a very nice meal for dinner - well prepared and very large portion at lower cost than in old town (Dubrovnik). It is far from Dubrovnik city centre, so it is easier to get here with a rented car, though the inflated parking costs in Dubrovnik should be kept in mind (the parking closest to the old town was charging €20/h! Another parking further away charged €7/h).

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel! The property is perfect—spotlessly clean, well-organized, and maintained to a very high standard. Every detail was thoughtfully taken care of, and the atmosphere was incredibly welcoming. One of the highlights of my stay was the breathtaking view from the hotel. Waking up to such a stunning panorama made my experience even more special. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, beautiful, and relaxing getaway.

Отличный отель как для пар, так и для одного гостя. Понравился номер, отличный бассейн, вкусный завтрак. Очень интересный изысканный дизайн, в номерах чисто, все новое. Рекомендую. Вы будете жить в тишине и с красивым видом на море. Отличный сервис, заселили раньше времени, за что отдельно спасибо! Прекрасные виды вокруг, уютная терраса.

Lovely oasis outside of the busy Dubrovnik. We had a family vacation for a week there. Beautiful local beach with pebbles and good connection to Lopud for a daily trips. Good food in the hotel's restaurant and good snacks (we particulary liked the burgers).

Nous avons passé une semaine formidable dans cet hôtel avec nos enfants (8 et 13 ans) et ma femme. Le service est irréprochable, et les appartements avec piscine privative offrent un confort exceptionnel. Le personnel est d'une grande gentillesse et toujours aux petits soins.||L'endroit est paisible, idéal pour se détendre, et le petit-déjeuner est copieux avec un large choix de produits. Situé un peu à l'écart de Dubrovnik, l'hôtel permet d'échapper à l'affluence tout en restant facilement accessible. Une adresse que nous recommandons sans hésitation !|
