Nice hotel, friendly staff, good breakfast food, gorgeous views and clean rooms. However, they charge an extortionate amount for beach sun beds / umbrellas, tried to charge €60 for a family of 5 to sit there for the day! Ridiculous considering that they own those sun beds and they’re not even that great quality. However, sun beds by the pool were free (if difficult to get!), and it wasn’t a long walk down to the beach from there.

3 day stay with teenagers. Beautiful hotel, very clean and modern, great food overlooking the Adriatic and excellent service! All the staff were very friendly and helpful! Boat trip into Dubrovnik on the doorstep. Beach, and promenade with village feel outside the front door.

Possitief: Mooi hotel, zeer hygiënisch en goede locatie. Ook een zeer goed ontbijt.|Negatief: Overboeking op eerste dag. Receptie gaf ons een zogezegde "upgrade" naar een luxekamer. Bij aankomst op de kamer hadden we een kamer voor mindervalide personen. Voordeel was dat het gangpad breder was. Groot nadeel was dat de badkamer een verlaagde spiegel en wastafel zonder badkamermeubel had. Toilet was dan weeral verhoogd wat zeer onpraktisch was. Bij melden aan receptie was er geen andere kamer vrij, enkel de volgende dag, zeer onvriendelijk houding van receptionist. Moesten dan terug alles maar inpakken en verhuizen de volgende dag. |Buffet bij het avondeten was geen 4 sterren hotel waardig, weinig keuze en bijna alle gerechten waren smaakloos en koud.

Went for a girls trip on a long weekend with mum and sister, we did B&B only. |Overall this hotel and the area is just stunning, it’s a coastal village type area which is quieter than the main towns but has just enough energy to still create a great vibe. |We walked along the coast to explore the local area, took taxis in to Dubrovnik to explore there and also took a “boat taxi” to Cavtat (which I highly recommend). |Pros and cons for the hotel:|Pros:|-Super clean, stunning decor|-Small complex which makes for a really peaceful pleasant environment |-Friendly staff|-Able to get a space around the pool every day no matter what time, good sized pool|-Two great restaurants linked to the hotel where we throughly enjoyed our food|-Comfy beds, decent shower, decent hairdryer |-On the doorstop of a stunning beach and lots of water activities |Cons:|-Breakfast was average, good selection of different foods ie. Hot food, pastries, fruit, meat and cheese etc but would have liked more hot food options |-The pool is situated and shared with a neighbour hotel so you do have to walk round to it, however as Maistra is a cute small hotel I can’t imagine it’s much further to walk to than if you were staying in a large complex|-If 3 people staying in one room a small sort of pop bed is added to the room which isn’t the most comfortable and wouldn’t be suitable for people with back or hip problem etc, it was ok for me as a a relatively healthy mid 30 year old

Excellent service from the waiters,especially from our favourite guy in the blue shirt Mladen he was so good with our kid,also he knew our names and room number after the first day,Much thanks to Blagica who was also very helpful with everything on the buffet.|Reception was good aswell.|All together very good 4* hotel.

Enjoyed a two week holiday at Mlini Hotel where we stayed at an apartment for the second year in a row. Modern and clean facilities with the Adriatic Sea literally a stone’s throw from the apartment. Our two year old son really enjoyed playing with staff member Ingrid at the MaiSky Kids Club. Ingrid is very attentive to children’s needs and, most importantly, enjoys looking after children.

We had a lovely relaxing stay at this hotel and could not find fault with anything. The room was tastefully decorated and spotlessly clean with a beautiful view of the sea. Breakfast had a good choice of food and all the staff everywhere were really friendly and pleasant! It was my birthday while we were there and a bottle of bubbly and a little cake in our room was a lovely touch!|The location is ideal with a short walk to the beach and to several restaurants, all of which were good. It was easy to travel to Dubrovnik or Cavtat by boat or bus (boat is preferable!) and Mlini itself is small, pretty and peaceful - having spent previous holidays in Cavtat which we love, we enjoyed the calm and chilled atmosphere of Mlini and would definitely stay there again - definitely at Hotel Mlini! Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Lovely hotel in an excellent location on the waterfront. Good quality and varied breakfast options. Staff were excellent. We only took the breakfast option and chose to eat out. There are several restaurants within easy walking distance including two linked to the hotel. |Cash is king here very little credit card use in resort and nearby so take currency as cash machine transactions are expensive.|Water taxi operates from the harbour which takes you to surrounding bays and resorts. Dubrovnic is fabulous and definitely worth the visit. Very cheap public bus runs from road above the hotel but unless you walk to the next bay the road up from the hotel is very steep. The bus is extremely busy and we found standing room only and it's packed!

This was the third visit to the Hotel Mlini in the last 6 years for my wife and I. Again we found the hotel to be very clean and with friendly and professional staff throughout. We had a full sea view room (2-17) and the view was amazing. The breakfast choice and service was great with a good balance between buffet and freshly cooked dishes. We find the resort of Mlini very relaxing and an antidote to the busy and crowded Dubrovnik. There are many lovely restaurants, one of our favourites is La Norma, just a short walk from the hotel. The only negative thing we can raise is the rush for sunbeds at the shared pool with the sister hotel. Maybe a discount or even no charge for hotel residents for the beach facilities would ease the rush to grab a poolside sunbed

Fantastic hotel, in a stunning location. The room was fabulous with a lovely sea view, spotlessly clean and Sanya who cleaned our room daily was lovely, thanks so much 😊|We stayed half board and found the food at breakfast and dinner to be nice, fresh and plentiful. Dinner was really quiet but this suited us fine, and allowed for a more relaxing experience!! The service in the evenings by Sistera was excellent and they offered great wine recommendations, thank you! |There are 2 slights issues which I think others have also mentioned and the reason why this is not a 5 star review. |People are queuing up before the pool opening to reserve sun-beds, this leaves zero chance of ever getting a bed unless you do the same! I was actually not prepared to do this. I’ve travelled to a lot of places and not come across this behaviour since the early 1990’s!! The sister hotel where the pool is located really needs to stop allowing this to happen. Also the beach was great but at 28 euro per day this mounts up across the week making it rather expensive to sun bathe. The hotel should either offer free beds or at the very least discounted rates for these for hotel guests.

Spent 4 nights at this hotel and was not disappointed! Such a beautiful and peaceful location close by to Cavtat and Dubrovnik old town. Everyone was super friendly and welcoming. Lots of local restaurants and bars nearby. We were breakfast only and there was a large selection of foods to choose from Buffett style with staff providing great service throughout. The restaurants nearby provided reasonably priced delicious food and drink with amazing views of the sea. The rooms were clean and with air con and balcony and very comfy mattress. The pool facilities were close by with opportunity to buy drinks from the bar/bistro nearby. Would definitely recommend staying at this hotel and would definitely return for another holiday in the future.

The location was Amazing, on the beach in a quiet area. There was enough around you to get food and a drink in different bars and a nice walk along the coast to go to other restaurants. The room was a great size, had a balcony, nice bathroom with double sink etc. The bed was SOOO BIG and comfy! Breakfast was nice too, the usual European options with a good selection. Everyone at the hotel was super friendly and its was SO CLEAN!! The gym was good enough. 2 Treadmills, a Cross trainer, a bike, Cable cross over machine, squat/bench press rack, a couple of benches and a rack of dumbbells. I cannot fault this hotel at all and would go back for sure. We went in June so it wasnt too busy but i suspect in July August it could get very crowded. The hotel has a restaurant on the beach (Oleander) where you can get food or just sit for drinks. They also have a Pizza and Pasta restaurant in front of the hotel overlooking the beach too. There are 2 bars next to the hotel where you can sit in the bay watching the boats and the sea. Also dont miss the Pirate bay 5 minute walk away (cash only), so cool and beyond good views! One great thing about the area is that there are so many ATM machines where you can get money if you need it. I think there was at least 4 in the hotel vicinity! There is a Ferry port 5 minute walk from the hotel where you can go to Dubrovnik, Cavtat and the 3 island tours. The only thing i would say it that it would have been nice to have a snack bar or somewhere that did smaller bites to eat rather than full meals but its a minor thing really. Beach was very close, you can buy sunbeds and parasols so you can sit all day, or just put your towel down and sit for free. The water is so clean too. Its not a sand beach and its quite rocky near the waters edge so you just need to be a little careful and maybe take water shoes. Nicest water in the world i think!

Originally booked into sister hotel, we were upgraded to Hotel Mlini. Sea view room with balcony was extremely clean and very comfortable with great views over the beach in Mlini. Spacious and well decorated in a modern style, rooms had all relevant facilities with fridge, tea/coffee making facilities and soft good quality linens. Staff were extremely welcoming and friendly. Breakfast served buffet style, with indoor and outdoor seating available. Breakfast was good quality, usually buffet style options, though it can become busy at peak times. Location is right on Mlini Beach, with great Italian restaurant opposite and plenty of parking available. Although there is no pool, you could use sister hotel immediately next door. |What is extremely disappointing is when using sun loungers on beach, there is a hefty charge made by hotel staff. Although option to use pool of sister hotel is there, there is insufficient loungers available for the number of guests of both hotels.

Stayed at Mlini hotel for a week in June. The hotel is beautiful, clean and with friendly staff. The view from our balcony (partial view) was just stunning. The room was refreshed daily with new towels and the bed made up. There was coffee/tea making facilities and a small fridge in the room. We had a very large bathroom with double sink and power shower. The balcony was a great size with table, two chairs and drying rack. The bed was huge and the comfiest I've ever stayed in. They offered pool towels for a deposit and two local bars/restaurants were connected to the hotel meaning you can put your bill on your rooms tab. The pool is shared with the next hotel which is a flat, 2 min walk away. There were always beds but I can imagine in August it being busy. The local beach is a stones throw away from the hotel, it's mainly stoney so bring appropriate beach shoes. The local area has many bars/restaurants to choose from but one small local shop that only takes cash, larger shops are a 15/20 min walk away. Gluten Free options at breakfast weren't great at the hotel tbh and if very sensitive I'd avoid but for others the breakfast was good with a variety choice like all inclusive. We had a problem with our air con whilst there but it was fixed very quickly. We loved our stay and would definitely go back.

Das Personal ist unglaublich freundlich und herzlich. Dem Frühstück würden wir eine 2 bis 2+ geben. Das Zimmer hat uns gut gefallen und das Bett war sehr bequem. Das Hotel ist im schöneren, ruhigeren Teil von Mlini gelegen, was für uns perfekt war. Liegen am Pool sind an manchen Tagen bereits um 10:00 Uhr voll belegt bzw. mit Handtüchern „reserviert“ 🙄 Entweder man spielt das Game mit oder hat Pech. Am Meer ist es aber auch wunderschön und hier findet sich immer ein schattiges Plätzchen unter den Bäumen auf den Steinbänken.

A beautiful hotel, immaculately clean . The food is lovely and so are all the staff. The rooms are lovely and have a small fridge and kettle with drinks provided, tea/coffee. A large swimming pool and towel hire are available and access to a beach.
