Poloha je super, v centre ale povedala by som ze taka menej rusna cast. Izby su na mna dost tmave a male a asi by to uz chcelo aj trosku vynovit ale aj napriek tomu fajn. Museli sme idist pred ranajkami tak nam urobili ranajkove balicky. 2 sendvice, jablko, jogurt a vodu pre kazdeho. Toto velmi chvalim.

Poor Experience – Dirty Room, No Soundproofing, and Unfair Treatment We are on a 3-week trip starting from Zagreb, covering several Balkan countries and ending with a 10-day beach holiday in Greece. For our stops, we specifically searched for hotels with parking, rooms with either tiled or parquet flooring, and a Booking.com rating above 8. This hotel was the only one in the area that met our criteria—especially parquet floors and parking—so we booked it. Unfortunately, it turned out to be a huge disappointment. First of all, the hotel was extremely dirty. It’s hard to describe how unpleasant the room felt upon arrival. While the lady working at breakfast was very kind and friendly (probably the only positive part of our stay), everything else fell short of expectations. The sound insulation is terrible. I could literally hear the person in the next room snoring all night, and I almost had to put cotton in my ears just to get some sleep. It’s one of the noisiest hotel experiences I’ve ever had. I can safely say I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. There are surely better options out there—this hotel’s high score is simply not justified.

This is my first time in this hotel which is 5 minutes walk from central bus station and connection with the airport. The hotel looks amazing ,rooms very clean ,great breakfast and extremly friendly staff. Intersection of Street of Grada Vukovara and Marin Države avenue ,several trams that takes you to the city center or if you prefer you can walk and enjoy in Zagreb. One big thanks for the hotel staff and we already looking for next stay in same place.

Hótelið var hreint og snyrtilegt. Hægt var að geyma farangur þarna í lokuðu herbergi eftir að maður skráði sig út. Morgunverður var góður. Hægt var að kaupa bjór í flöskum í afgreiðslunni í staðinn fyrir að fara út í nóttina. Starfsmenn í afgreiðslunni kunnu ensku sem var kostur. Eiginlega eina slæma við hótelið var að það vantaði fleiri sjónvarpsstöðvar í sjónvarpið en þær voru örfáar og hurðarhúnn á baðherberginu í herbergi mínu var líka bilaður. Takk fyrir mig!
