Hotel bien ubicado delante de la estación de autobuses. A un paseo del centro o tranvía en la puerta. Habitación amplia y limpia. Quizá le faltaría una botellita de agua de cortesía. Cama cómoda y calidad del sueño también buena. El desayuno con tortilla hecha al momento. El personal muy amable y pendiente.

Atención y instalaciones impecables, nuestra estancia ha sido perfecta. Además, en todo momento se han preocupado de que así fuese, incluso preocupándose de si el desayuno era de nuestro agrado. Pese a no ser un hotel céntrico, esto no ha supuesto un problema ya que andando hemos tardado unos 20-30minutos a las atracciones más turísticas. Si tuviésemos que volver, repetiríamos seguro.

자그레브 1박 숙소로 머물렀는데 넘 좋았어요❤️ 방도 깔끔하고 캐리어 펼치기 충분했고, 슬리퍼부터 드라이기까지 있을 것 다 있었습니다. 아침식사도 맛있었어요ㅎㅎ 버스 터미널 바로 앞이라 접근성도 좋았구요 바로 앞에 트램 정거장 있어서 구시가지 다녀오기도 편했어요~!! 특히 직원분들이 엄청 친절하시고필요한 것 없는지 방은 괜찮은지 살뜰히 챙겨주셔서 머무르는 내내 기분 좋았어요ㅎㅎ

The room temperature was too warm and couldn't effectively be adjusted. The hairdryer was almost nonfunctional and there wasn't an iron in the room. The staff were pleasant and the pastries at breakfast were great. There was good value for the price but I was disappointed by some things.

The hotel seemed clean and the staff were pleasant. There wasn't an iron in the room and the hair dryer overheated every 2-3 minutes and couldn't be turned on for 10 minutes so it took literally 2 hours to dry my hair.

We had a very good time in the hotel. The staffs are all very friendly!. The receptionist are very helpful. The room that we stayed in was very clean. And overall just very enjoyable experience. Public transport is minutes away and bus station is right in the opposite street. Very convenient and very much worth the money spent!. Happy to reccomend this hotel

Même s'il se trouve à 2.2km du centre, un arrêt de tram devant l'hotel vous permet d'y être en 5 minutes. les tickets sont à 0.53 cents pour 30' de trajet.|La propreté du lieu est impeccable car l'hôtel a récemment été rénové.|Le point qui fâche, le petit déjeuner et le manque de réactivité du personnel.|Pour le tarif de la nuit et le nombre d'étoiles, nous attendions un minimum de service.|Absences oberservées: viennoiseries (du classique croissant aux viennoiseries locales), jus d'orange, chocolat chaud, yahourt, pâte à tartiner, toaster, salade de fruits, tomates, concombre, noix, option sans gluten.|L'hotel justifie celà par un problème d'effectif en cuisine et un soucis d'économies. Ok, alors on le mentionne au check-in. On fait en sorte que le client ait la même expérience que quand l'effectif est suffisant. Pour le souci d'économies, mauvaise idée de le faire sur le point crucial du petit déjeuner. Il y a 2 boulangeries et un petit magasin en face de l'hôtel qui leur permettrait de réagir. Nous avons mentionné des manques dès le premier jour, pas de réactions pour les 2 autres jours où nous sommes restés.
