L'hôtel est très agréable, confortable, et d'une propreté irréprochable. Le personnel est très professionnel et aimable. Le bar panoramique tournant est à faire, pour la vue et l'accueil sympathique.

I stayed at this hotel for three nights with a group of disabled children from another country — a trip that was meant to be special and safe for everyone involved. Unfortunately, what I encountered was not only disturbing but handled with shocking disrespect and a complete lack of professionalism.||After returning to my room in the afternoon, I found it had been cleaned — but to my horror, there was a pair of tissues neatly folded on a surface, and on top of them was a used condom. Yes, you read that right. Someone had deliberately left a used, disgusting condom in my room.||I immediately took it to the reception, visibly shaken and disgusted. The receptionist told me the manager was not available and that I could speak to him in the morning. When I returned the next day, I asked the manager if he had been informed, and he said yes. But instead of offering even a basic apology or expressing any concern for the situation, he launched into a dismissive explanation that the cleaner had “no reason” to do such a thing, and that nobody on staff admitted to knowing anything about it.||There are no cameras in the corridors, so there is no proof of who entered my room. But the way the situation was handled was even more shocking than the incident itself. Not once was I offered an apology. In fact, I felt as though I was being subtly accused or dismissed. The implication seemed to be that I must have planted it there myself— which is insulting beyond words.|He even asked me if i gave my key to someone else in the group!||Coming here with a group of vulnerable children, I expected basic hygiene, decency, and accountability. I received none of that. Just disbelief, defensiveness, and disrespect.||This was not just a housekeeping mistake — it was a complete failure of management, safety, and human decency. Avoid this place if you value cleanliness, professionalism, or even basic dignity.

Very satisfied with our 3 night stay in this hotel. The room was spacious and clean. All needed amenities were there and of good quality (shampoo, conditioner, lotion). The hotel staff was super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good as well.

Fantasticna usluga, odlicna organizacija, profesionalno osoblje, pristupacnost i fleksibilnost managementa, vrhunska kuhinja, vrhunski smjestaj za mladence... samo su neki detalji koje bi zeljeli istaknuti kao preporuku za sve buduce mladence koji su u potrazi za idealnim prostorom za proslavu jednog od najvaznijih dana u svom zivotu💐. Zahvaljujemo i g. Antunovicu koji je odvojio vrijeme i pozelio srdacnu dobrodoslicu mladencima. Nažalost, naš boravak u hotelu Antunović bio je ispod svih očekivanja. Od samog dolaska susreli smo se s neljubaznim osobljem koje nam je davalo netočne informacije o sadržajima uključenima u cijenu. Posebno neugodno iskustvo imali smo tijekom večere, gdje su nam htjeli naplatiti piće koje je, prema informacijama prilikom rezervacije, već bilo uključeno u cijenu. Vrhunac neprofesionalnosti dogodio se s konobarom(u kafiću hotela) koji je radio večernju smjenu – obraćao nam se s “ti”, bez ikakvog poštovanja, a ton komunikacije bio je vrlo neljubazan i nepristojan. Umjesto da se osjećamo kao gosti, imali smo osjećaj da smo došli na pogrešno mjesto. Za hotel s četiri zvjezdice očekivali smo puno višu razinu usluge i osnovnu pristojnost. Nažalost, ne planiramo se vraćati niti bismo ga preporučili drugima. ps negativna recenzija jedino ne vrijedi za gospodina Zemach koji nas je posluživao na doručku, izuzetno ljubazan čovjek i bilo bi lijepo kad bi se ostali djelatnici ugledali na njega!

The hotel is very bad.The room is ugly, old funiture and positioned in the center of building without possibility to open the window and get fresh air. The staff is not helpfull, pretend polite but make no effort to help and resove the issue.Avoid this hotel
