The interlocutor said they didn't want to check us in. We offered to return the money, the owner agreed and asked us to leave the accommodation. But there was no refund within two hours, so we had to call support. Rudeness and lies.

We were met by a woman who immediately told us she was disgusted to host us. She then started making calls, asking if she could give us a worse room than the one we booked. We overheard this and offered to cancel the reservation. She agreed, but the cancellation wasn't processed for two hours. We had to call support to get our money back.

Wir sind von Trogir für einen Tag nach Dubrovnik gefahren, ein Weg 3:15 Stunden zu fahren, sodass wir eine Nacht gebucht haben. Das Zimmer war sauber mit großem Doppelbett, mit kleinem Bad mit WC und Dusche, TV, Klimaanlage, kleinem Kühlschrank, kostenlosem WLAN, kleinem Balkon mit 2 Plastikstühlen und kleinem Tisch mit Meerblick. Das Hotel liegt direkt an einer Durchgangsstraße, dadurch war das Sitzen auf dem Balkon nicht ganz so entspannt. Nach Schließen der Fenster war vom Verkehrslärm fast nichts zu hören. Direkt nebenan eine kleine tolle Bäckerei, gute Auswahl, alles sehr lecker. Verkäuferin konnte deutsch. Kurz nach der Bäckerei auch noch eine kleiner Lebensmittelladen (Studenac), geöffnet bis 21 Uhr, sodass man sich auch mit Getränken versorgen kann.
