Uzas ne zagrejane sobe ,grejanje ne radi ...Nemaju nikog na recepciji ,da 22 stepna posle noci provedene u ovoj pecini..A internet sramotno ne mozemo uci najosnovnije da pogledamo...Devojka na recepciji diskutabilna sa ljubaznoscu...Gosti se ne docekuju hladnim sobama ...Bez da ukljucite vodu da Tusiranje ....Prevelika ocekivanja ,razocarenje

Achtung! Familien sollten aufpassen! Unser Familienzimmer lag zur Straßenseite und war äußerst laut, selbst nachdem wir die Fenster geschlossen hatten. Leider war die Matratze defekt, und wie auf dem Foto zu sehen ist, entsprachen Zimmer und Badezimmer nicht dem Standard eines 4-Sterne-Hotels. Das einzige Positive war das freundliche Personal beim Frühstück. Leider ist meine Hose auch beschädigt worden, da eine Leiste noch offen war (wie auf dem Foto gut zu erkennen ist). Insgesamt war unser Aufenthalt eine Geldverschwendung und nicht empfehlenswert.

I am really glad that we decided with our business partners to meet and sleep at Casa Veneziana, because unlike the other, they show real authenticity and boutiqueness. This is demonstrated both by the architecture of the rooms and the offer. The manager was great, friendly, sunny and very helpful. The hotel is in a great location, so we had everything at hand. I look forward to trying their spa when it is available again.

Cozy, modern room. We booked the one with patio, which is big enough, but 2 rooms are sharing it. Although at the time no-one was in the other one so we could enjoy to ourselves. We booked it on the day, quite late, when there was no reception anymore and no information on how to get in, but after I gave them a call 1 received all the information immediately in a message. Really good breakfast with lots of options. They also have vegan milk alternatives. Close, walking distance to the beach and the centre. In the toilet if we turned on the light dust was coming out of the air circulating system (not sure of the correct word) from the ceiling. So we just used it without the light. And although the description doesn't say free parking but it states parking and doesn't clarify that it does not belong to the hotel. We expected a private parking but it's not the case, it's the public paid parking of the street, and it's expensive.

Abbiamo prenotato una doppia superior che abbiamo trovato moderna e grande. Il problema era la doccia che aveva il soffione principale intasato con carenza di manutenzione. In aggiunta, una sera siamo rimasti senza acqua calda e non abbiamo avuto alcun supporto da parte dell'albergo che ci ha detto semplicemente di aspettare e non ci ha chiesto un feedback neanche nei giorni successivi.

Majhen hotel lociran med pristaniščem in centrom Kopra. Pozitivno: + Lokacija + Interier + Prijaznost zaposlenih + Zajtrk zelo soliden za majhen hotel Negativno: - Ni parkinga oziroma je drag v bližini - Soba v pritličju je imela specifičen vonj, stara stavba vonj vlage - Ni razgleda Suma sumarum je bilo ok. Primerno za poslovne obiskovalce Kopra ali 1-2 dnevne izlete. Za daljšo namestitev se ne bi odločil.

It suit me very well the location near the port for my meetings. Nice room modern design and good space. it is a not a cheap option but still can be good value for money compare to other option in the City.||Breakfast was nice and good quality and staff very friendly.||A good option and nearby everything.

Lieu très bien et au calme avec des chambres bien décorées. Il n'y a pas de réception, le check-in se fait en ligne et vous recevez par email tous les codes pour accéder à l'établissement et à votre chambre cependant les propriétaires sont très facilement joignables et présents dans l'établissement si vous avez des questions. Parfait pour un séjour sur la cote slovène.

Needed to clean my toilet as its was not cleaned on arrival, when asked they said cleaners will come to clean in morning next day Asked help with the tv to a lady employee, i am elderly person so sometimes i have problem with technology, but no one came to help Owner very rude I have traveled with my friend last 2 month s around Slovenia and Croatia but never have I experienced such a bad customer service 2 star just because the location is great

Super nastanitev, okusen in pester zajtrk in čiste sobe. Pogrešam možnost cenejšega parkiranja v bližini objekta, saj je 13€ na dan kar veliko.
