Très bonne situation en plein centre de la ville où tout peut se faire à pied,La chambre est confortable et grande,le bâtiment est un peu vieillot mais ce n'est pas gênant,Le petit déjeuner est bon mais pas très copieux surtout si vous arrivez dans les dernières.Wles points négatifs sont l'heure du début du déjeuner 8 heures(trop tard si vous faites des excursions) mais surtout le bruit des trams qui circulent toute la nuit, Même avec le D V c'est très embêtant.ce dernier point justifie la note de 3 sur 5.Je pourrais rajouter sur personne ne parle français et là aussi c'est ennuyeux car pour obtenir des renseignements c'est très difficile.Il faut absolument parler anglais.||

le bruit des trams qui passent houtr la nuit est difficilement tolérable.L'intérêt de ce bb est son emplacement,mais ne vous attendez pas à avoir un bureau d 'excursions.Il faut absolument parler l'anglais comme d'ailleurs partout à Zagreb.
We stayed here for 4 nights. We had a room at the front overlooking the square. The room was large and more than adequate for our stay. The premises were clean. The breakfast whilst not a large spread was more than adequate. Each morning we were offered the option of freshly cooked scrambled eggs. Recommended

Terrible Experience – Avoid This Hotel! We booked a one-night stay and it was an absolute nightmare. This hotel operates with a self-check-in system, but we never received the access code for hours. At the hotel no one answered the bell. We tried to contact the hotel via email, phone, and even through Booking.com’s customer service—completely in vain. No one was reachable. It wasn’t until after midnight around 1 in the morning that we finally got a response, only to be told that the hotel was not available and that we should go to an alternative hotel in a completely different area. By that time, we had already been stranded without accommodation for hours in the cold. In the end, we had no choice but to find an alternative hotel on our own, which meant that we had nowhere to stay until nearly 3 AM. The whole situation was a complete disaster and absolutely unacceptable. Instead of an apology or any form of compensation, they simply canceled the booking without explanation. It was beyond unprofessional. I cannot understand the positive reviews at all, and I strongly warn anyone against booking this place. This was one of the worst travel experiences I’ve ever had. Stay away!
