Poor communication at check-in.|Long queue late at night. Night staff didn’t speak English.|Sofa bed wasn’t made for the kids — no pillows or sheets. The porter, who didn’t speak English, refused to give out bedding and just said “self-service.”|A bad start.||Next day, the housekeeping manager fixed everything perfectly.|Day staff were friendly and helpful.||Breakfast was decent for a tourist hotel.|Fantastic location – the best part.|Beds were OK.||Seagulls were bathing in the pool, which felt unhygienic.||Overall, a good/OK stay but with some issues.|Might consider booking again, but not really worth €280/night.

Spent three enjoyable nights at this hotel, cooked food on the buffet could have been hotter. Noise from bar or nightclub on the Friday night loud.
Bokade charter via kroatienspecialisten, och valde detta hotell. Fantastiskt hotell, mitt i centrum, 100m till stranden. Mycket rena rum och stort utbud till frukost. Trevlig personal och god service. Blev glatt överaskad av att allt var så perfekt. Barnen badade dock mest i källaren i spaavdelningen 🤣 vi vuxna höll till på stranden eller i utomhuspoolen.

Proveli lijep dan u Makarskoj,organiziran od strane Udruge umirovljenika Sinj.Nakon posjeta Svetištu Vepric i muzejima u Makarskoj imali smo ručak u hotelu Miramare,sve pohvale za prijem,hranu i uslugu a naročito za sve konobare koji su dali sve od sebe da se osjećamo prelijepo.Volio bih da se svi uvijek osjećamo ovako ugodno
