Jedno veliko hvala svim uposlenicima jer su učinili moj odmor izvrsnim. Hrana, smještaj, zabava , noćni program, sve je onako kako bi trebalo biti, i želio bih se zahvaliti Anesu, Nouru i timu Samarcanda jer su mojoj djeci uljepšali odmor sa svojom pojavom i energijom. Sigurno cemo se vratiti.

This hotel is really going all in to offer everything so its guests are perfectly relaxed and safe during their stay. Everything is perfectly organized and clean outside the Amadria Park hotel complex, you can find parking place all the time at maximum 5 minutes of walking from the hotel. The rooms are very big and family oriented with a double bed and 2 bunk beds, breakfast and dinner are open buffet and there is plenty of food for every taste, there are private beaches and also pools at each hotel and also plenty of entertainment especially for the children in the evening. Of course the price matches the quality of the services but you get a lot of value for your money.

We had a wonderful stay at Amadria Park Jakov! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with smiles and genuine kindness. The staff were always ready to help and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The hotel is spotless, the pool area is fantastic, and the overall atmosphere is perfect for families. A special thanks to the team for accommodating our request to extend our stay on the departure day. Since our flight was in the evening, they allowed us to keep the room for an additional fee of €100 for our family of seven – this small gesture made a huge difference and saved us the hassle of wandering around with kids until night. The only minor downside was the breakfast, which, although tasty, remained the same every day during our stay. Overall, this hotel offers excellent service, warm hospitality, and a truly relaxing experience. Highly recommended!

Boravak u hotelu Jakov bio je izvanredan u svakom pogledu! Hrana je bila raznolika, svježa i ukusna – svaki obrok pravo gastronomsko iskustvo. Usluga je vrhunska – osoblje izuzetno ljubazno, profesionalno i uvijek spremno pomoći, bez obzira na zahtjev. Lokacija hotela je savršena, tik uz more i u blizini svih sadržaja koje Amadria Park nudi. Posebno nas je oduševila pažnja koju osoblje posvećuje gostima – svaka naša želja ili problem bili su riješeni s osmijehom i brzo. Djeca su uživala u bogatom programu animacija koje su bile i zabavne i edukativne. Cijela obitelj osjetila se opušteno i zbrinuto. Zahvaljujući ovoj nezaboravnoj kombinaciji kvalitete, ljubaznosti i zabave, već sada znamo da se sigurno vraćamo i iduće godine!

Tolles Hotel, tolle Anlage, gutes Essen und super für Familien, da den Kindern viel geboten wird. Negativ: manches Servicepersonal schien etwas unmotiviert, lieferte Fehlinformationen oder keine vollständige Information (schlecht geschult).Aufblasbares Wasserspielzeug wurde von Gästen im Gang und vor der Notausgangstür gelagert und auch nach mehrmaligen Hinweis auf ein Sicherheitsrisiko für die Gäste, nicht entfernt. Zusatzkosten von speziellen Liegen am Pool und Liegestühlen am Strand, auch für Hotelgäste finde ich unmöglich. Zusatzkosten für Wellnessbereich und Fitnessraum finde ich auch übertrieben. Habe in einem anderen Hotel in Kroatien eine bessere Erfahrung gemacht.

Schöne Anlage! Tolle Zimmer und freundliches Personal! Perfekt für Familien mit Kinder. Frühstücksbuffet war gut und ausreichend, Abendbuffet nicht empfehlenswert.

Hotel und Zimmer waren sehr sauber. Die Mitarbeiter stets bemüht und sehr freundlich! Auch meinem extra Wunsch bei der Buchung wurde nachgegangen. Pool Bereich leider schon bisschen der Boden im Becken ausgebrochen. Ein grosses Minus das Essen .... jeden Tag gab es das selbe zum Frühstück! Abendessen war fast immer kalt oder leer , hatte man Fisch am Teller musste man auf die Kartoffeln warten , dadurch war dann auch der Fisch kalt. Für diesen Preis muss etwas geändert werden. . . Auch die Barpreise sind heftig 13 Euro für einen Mini Hugo ! Wo nicht einmal Minze oder ein Stück Limette darin war. Parkplatz auch extra zu bezahlen. Einmal besucht aber nicht noch einmal.

Sobe su lijepe i dobro organizirane. Osoblje ljubazno. Hrana odlicna. Najbolja od svega je ipak gospodja Snježana koja je na najdiskretniji i najljubazniji nacin sobu odrzavala u perfektnom stanju. Hvala joj na tome 🙂

Ove godine smo odlučili s djecom posjetiti navedeni hotel 5 dana. Odličan! Posebne pohvale osoblju koje je uvijek, ali uvijek iznimno ljubazno i nasmijano. Usluga je vrhunska, hrana i restoran te izbor hrane ocjena - 5. Hotelski bazen je odličan, aquapark za djecu odličan, higijena je na visokom nivou. Sve je čisto i sterilno. Molim Vas nastavite tako, dolazimo i iduće godine i isključivo dolazimo ponovno zbog nasmijanog i susretljivog osoblja, odlične hrane i higijene. Posebne pohvale i čistačicama koje su uvijek tu na raspolaganju te su iznimno ljubazne i drage.Jedina mala zamjerka - ventilacija u prostoriji wc-a. Sve ostalo je odlično i hvala Vam na lijepom islustvu.

Nice, kid friendly hotel. Staff is lovely, rooms and common spaces are clean and great looking. There is a large playground for the kids, great entertainment through out the day for the kids with kids club, play room and game room. Pool is ok. ||We had the full board, would not recommend. The breakfast and dinner buffet have a lot of options but the lunch buffet did not, mostly fried stuff. Only drinks included are, as also stated by the hotel, soft drinks aka 4 types of juices and water from tap. There was not enough taps which resulted in a lot of queuing to get drinks. Coffee only available at breakfast, no butter available at lunch (!). ||Overall a nice hotell that is family friendly, but don’t have too high expectations on food and drinks.
