We really enjoyed our stay at Adriana. Not quite sure how this hotel is only four stars, this would be at par with any five star hotels elsewhere. Incredible views, great service, and rooms were better than the photos

The location and facilities were excellent, and overall service was very good — most of the staff were kind and professional.
However, it was extremely disappointing to observe that only guests who appeared to be Asian were asked to provide their room numbers at breakfast.
This kind of selective treatment is both unacceptable and discriminatory.
All guests deserve to be treated equally, regardless of their appearance or background.
I strongly urge your management to investigate this matter seriously and ensure that such biased behavior is not repeated.

Wow - what a stay we had at the Adriana, every person we met was friendly and helpful especially Nina on the front desk. The hotel is in an amazing location has awesome facilities and the restaurant is fantastic for breakfast and especially dinner where Vlade looked after us every step of the way. Wished we had booked to stay here and in Hvar a bit longer. If you are thinking of coming to Hvar book here and especially take note of the excellent baggage service which helps you get from the ferry to the hotel but even better from the hotel to the Ferry with assistance to get you onto the ferry with absolutely no issue. Worth every cents and feels very luxury. Thank you to the Adriana team.

The hotel location and view is absolutely FANTASTIC, views from the roof top bar are exceptional especially the sunsets,|Marina was simply too good, she went out of her way to look after us, we were a family of 7 and there was nothing she would say no to, went out of her way to help us with securing a taxi boat to all our excursions at a very competitive price. Petra in the front desk was great, In fact each and every member of staff we had interactions were great, keep up good work.|I would definitely recommend getting a sea view room, food at the restaurants were very good too, cant fault anything whilst we were there, location is key, |Highly recommended

We would rate the hotel as average 4 star — the amenities and service were decent, but nothing particularly exceptional. At the reception the employees were not very helpful/ encouraging and wasn’t able to guide at all and to any small-request/favor, it was denied or had a negative vibe. However, what truly made our stay memorable was the outstanding service provided by a staff member named Gabrijel Suta 🙂
He surprised us by coming to the ferry to help with our luggage, something we hadn’t expected. From that moment on, he went out of his way to assist us throughout our stay, always with a genuine smile and a helpful attitude. His dedication and warm hospitality really stood out and made a significant difference in our experience.
Because of his exceptional service, we are rating this hotel higher than we otherwise would. He is a true asset to the team and deserves special recognition.

While Gabriel who picked us up was warm and welcoming, the front desk service—especially from Marina—was shockingly poor and dismissive.||We had booked a superior sea-facing room months in advance for our anniversary, only to be given a corner room on the 3rd floor with a tiny balcony and a direct view of another building. The so-called “sea view” was a sliver visible only if you leaned out. This was not what was advertised or paid for.||When we raised our concerns, instead of correcting the issue, we were moved to a lower floor and given a room with twin beds—a clear downgrade. Marina made it clear that room allocation was entirely at their discretion and insisted that the sliver of ocean view qualified as “sea-facing.” Her attitude throughout was unhelpful, dismissive, and condescending.||This experience was unacceptable, especially for a trip meant to celebrate a special occasion. We would not recommend staying here based on this level of service and disregard for guest satisfaction.|We were misinformed on the air conditioning. It is at the hotels discretion so in addition to being downgraded we also had a restless hot night.

We loved the hotel. The room was very spacious and the location couldn’t be better. The service is very friendly and helpful. The food at the hotel’s restaurant was the best of our one month trip through Europe. Our waiter Vlad made us feel very welcomed and appreciated every evening. The only thing that needs some improvement is the gym. It lacks equipment for an hotel this good. The pool is excellent. Be sure to book a room with a view of the sea and the town. It’s definitely worth it. We will come back every time we go to Hvar.
