De locatie is het enige positieve. Mooie zee en mobile homes onder bomen. De hutjes zou ik niet graag in verblijven en bij brand ben je daar de pineut. Het eten is ronduit slecht en eenzijdig. Lange rijen bij het eten, je weet niet wat je eet. De keuze is beperkt. En we hebben al een zieke. Vieze borden en glazen. De wespen zitten gewoon op het eten. Zie foto. Niemand deed er iets aan. We zijn echt wel wat gewend en zeuren niet snel. Dit is ook onze eerste review ooit, maar zijn gewoon kritisch. Het drinken is aangevuld met water (nee geen coca cola) en voor overige drankjes aan de strandbar betaal je 4,20. De eieren moet je zelf koken wegens geen tijd bij personeel (nog nooit gezien in een restaurant/ buffet). De sport faciliteiten zijn aanwezig maar druk bezet. Bijna geen strandstoel te krijgen, maar dat is in Spanje ook zo. Voor het boeken van activiteiten moet je heel snel zijn anders is alles vol. Volgens de dame van receptie zou dit niet zo zijn, maar jawel. Animatie verder oké. We wilden over het eten een klacht over indienen bij de receptie maar niet gehoord en ruw behandeld. Mogelijk voor compensatie o.i.d. De security werd er zelfs bijna bij gehaald . Absurde zaken. Graag zouden we dan ook iemand spreken die onder deze berichten zijn naam zet op een normale manier. Als je je naam eronder zet voor oplossingen moet je ook in contact treden met de klant. Dan ben ik nog bereid deze negatieve reactie aan te passen. Anders boek hier niet en bespaar je geld!!!! Er staan veel nep recensies bij dit (resort). En er volgen nog meer foto’s als het zo moet zijn en verdere beoordeling.

The Bungalow House is the best thing that could happen to lovers of good, proper, and fresh sleep. We were afraid that a straw house would be a bad choice due to concerns about insects or heat. However, it turned out that none of those things were a problem! Very pleasant nights and perfect temperature during our stay at the end of July. The quality of the food was disappointing. After reading reviews from previous years, we had high expectations, but the change of the resort owner and cooking team made the food this year really average. It would be good if the meals were more homemade in the kitchen, more varied (a big issue!), and better seasoned. Hiring better chefs, maybe the same ones as in previous years, seems like a good idea. It’s clear that the resort is cutting costs on meals. The infrastructure of the resort is amazing!!!!!!! Beach volleyball courts, tennis courts, and almost everything the resort offers on its website actually works and is in good condition. Because of the large number of people at the resort, not everything was always available, but this place is a paradise for people who enjoy active time, youth, and children. However, when we tried windsurfing, we were met with reluctance from the staff, aside from being simply rude, they weren’t willing to rent out the equipment and kept coming up with excuses. Our bungalow was located close to the bathrooms, so access to them wasn’t a problem at all. Many shower cabins had broken showerheads, and overall cleanliness wasn’t great. The resort should put more effort into keeping the bathrooms clean. The bungalows among the trees, the canteen, and other buildings were beautifully integrated into the pine forest. We spent the whole trip in fresh forest air and in an active way. Honestly, if the food had been better, like we saw in the reviews from past years, we would have been very satisfied, even delighted. We are considering coming back, hoping the kitchen will improve.

Avoid at All Costs – A Complete Disappointment Except for the Animation Team We just returned from a four-night stay at Pine Beach Pakoštane and feel compelled to share our experience to warn others: stay far away from this resort. Do not be misled by outdated photos, fake reviews, or memories of past visits—the current reality is far from what’s promised. Food & Dining – Inexcusable Quality The buffet was shockingly bad. Every day featured the same low-effort options: soggy hot dogs, greasy meats, dry fish, cold French fries, and basic pizza. None of it resembled the “Mediterranean cuisine” they advertise. When we politely asked about fresh fries, the response was, “What do you want? Should I make new ones or what?” Completely unprofessional. The coffee was watery, the soft drinks overly sugary and inappropriate for children, and utensils were often missing or dirty. Long lines only added to the frustration. Beach & Common Areas – Dirty and Overcrowded The beach was a mess: paper scraps, leftover food, and cigarette butts scattered everywhere. Facilities – Neglected and Insufficient Most recreational equipment was in poor shape. Tennis rackets were bent, balls unusable, and loungers were nearly impossible to find unless reserved illegally the night before (despite posted rules). Nothing was maintained to an acceptable standard. Mobile Homes – Overpriced and Dirty Our mobile home was unclean and sandy upon arrival, clearly not cleaned properly before check-in. For the premium pricing, this level of care is unacceptable. The price-to-value ratio is completely off—basic bungalows may be okay for the cost, but mobile homes are nowhere near worth it. We Gave Feedback—And Were Ignored We raised these concerns directly with reception at checkout. To our surprise, both staff members openly agreed and admitted we were “far from the only ones” complaining. They confirmed that quality has declined significantly over the years and urged us to contact management. We did. No reply. We also contacted Expedia to request a partial refund, but Pine Beach Pakoštane flat-out refused. The Only Positive: Hugo and the Animation Team The only redeeming part of our stay was the animation team—especially Hugo. Their energy, creativity, and care were unmatched. Honestly, they deserve 5 stars and should be the foundation of an entirely new team. They are the soul of the resort, and without them, our stay would have been a complete failure. ⸻ Final Verdict: Do Not Book Here Save your money. This is no longer the Pine Beach Pakoštane people remember. Until serious improvements are made to cleanliness, food quality, customer service, and management accountability, avoid this resort entirely.

This camp was great. We really enjoyed it there with the kids. It has a beautiful sandy beach, the food is good, and there are plenty of activities to do in the camp. I would definitely recommend the accommodation.

Jako lose organizirano sve skupa. Sanitari uzasno neuredni, svaki dan sam se dvoumila da li da pozovem osoblje i pokazem im iste prljave skoljke par dana neoprane. Ali, ok necu si kvariti go i stresirati se. Hrana se uopce ne nadopunjuje, osoblje izrazito neljubazno. Jedan gost je u 20:45 trazio pizzu i kuhar je odgovorio nema vise pizze, dosta za danas. Upitna je uopce kvaliteta i priprema te hrane po svemu viđenome. Redovi za uzimanje hrane su dugi po par metara. Dijete nam je imalo rođendan. Na dorucku, htjela sam joj staviti na tanjur par amer.palacinki i gore svjecicu koju sam ponijela, naravno palacinki nije vise bilo, pa sam uzela krafnu i zamolila osoblje (neku veoma neljubaznu gospođu iz kuhinje) da li mozda imaju upaljac da zapalimo svijecu na sta mi je odgovorila da ona ne pusi, nek si potrazim od nekog drugog. Nakon bauljanja po restoranu koga bih mogla upitati, pomogla mi je studentica koja se zatekla tamo jer je mela pod u restoranu i hvala joj! Mi smo prosli zato kampove, ovaj definitivno ne opravdava cijenu. Dobro odluka da ovaj put nismo uzeli vise od 5 nocenja. Bungalovi nisu ocisceni kako treba, u ormaricima sve puno paucine. Posteljina je zato izgledala cista. Deke se vjerojatno ne peru, nisam vidjela osoblje da vozi u onim tackama deke, samo plahte. Ali dobro pa sam ponijela svoje jer su veceri bile hladnjikave i trebale su nam. Mislim da su vecina osoblja studenti, koji su mladi, neiskusni i najvaznije nezainteresirani Plaza je jako lijepa, puna hladovine, i dijela sa pijeskom i stijenama, za svakoga ponesto. Naravno, rucnike nosis ranom zorom jer u suprotnom ostajes bez lezaljki kojih ima zaista puno, ali pustaju unutra uz placanje vanjske jednodnevne goste u neogranicenom broju. Plaza je krcata, ne mozes proci do svoje lezaljke, more puno puno nas kupaca. Uglavnom, mi se ne vracamo vise ovdje.

È la prima volta che soggiorno in questo villaggio e concordo con quanto pubblicato da un altro utente, a parte forse per il fatto che i gruppi mangassero prima e separatamente e per l'animazione, bravo Hugo a ballare! Inoltre, appena ricevute le chiavi, ci rechiamo alla nostra capanna e non era stata rifatta, ed erano le 20. Andati in reception sembravano smarrite, hanno sistemato la capanna con cambio lenzuola, ma nessuno si è scusato. Altra nota dolente, ma tipico in Croazia, è la "prenotazione" delle sdraio: alcuni lasciano già la sera prima quando vanno via le loro cose, altri alle 7:30 c'è letteralmente la gente che corre con gli asciugamani per prendere le sdraio. I miei genitori sono stati qui 40 anni fa e ne hanno ancora oggi un bellissimo ricordo, quando era Club Med. Peccato.
