About Me

My name is Nika Boncelj, a graduate professor of speech therapy and surdopedagogy. I believe that through my skills, dedication, and focused approach, I can contribute to the successful development of your child.

Speech Therapy Diagnosis and Initial Consultation

Children who seek speech therapy require a detailed diagnosis of their speech, language, and communication issues. This assessment allows me to provide high-quality, targeted therapy. During the first session, I will establish contact with your child, conduct a comprehensive diagnosis, and advise on initial activities and exercises for home practice. Based on the diagnosis, I will plan further sessions.

Speech Therapy Sessions

Sessions can last 30, 45, or 60 minutes depending on the issues identified during the diagnosis. We will agree upon the most suitable format of therapy for your child. The therapy sessions are tailored for children experiencing difficulties with articulation, phonological awareness, auditory attention, and those with complex or co-existing disorders.

Individual Counseling for Parents

This service is targeted primarily at parents of children aged 0 to 3 years. During this hour, we will discuss your child's current development and explore ways you can support their communication, speech, and language growth.

Workshops and Lectures for Institutions

I prepare three different lectures and two workshops for institutions on the development of speech, language, and communication and the impact of technology on children's speech and language development. Each institution can choose the theme that best suits their needs and identify the target audience (parents or professionals). For more information and pricing, please inquire.
