Disappointed. I went in asking for purple and was told they could do a toner to get me close to the color that I wanted. They explained they could only do toner and it came out to a muted violet which is not what I wanted, but I was happy enough with. I did not know that it would only last one wash. My hair looks exactly like it did before. The picture with the sunglasses was right before and the picture on the cable car is now. It has been less than a week. I am disappointed that I paid over a hundred euros for this. The staff were super friendly though.

I am always allowed to come last minute at a professional hair dresses which is such a rare occurance in todays world. Also the owner not only helps with how to recover my own hair, she also helps me with literally anything that we talk about, every visit is like chatting and being with a professional friend ☺️ posted some examples ❤️

I was here in March and ended up leaving very disappointed. I came in looking for a toner to refresh the tone of my highlights and they said they did sell them. I came further inside to ask about prices etc, and they explained they have two types of toners, ones they sell for home use and the others for in-salon use. I asked about the price of the in-salon toning service and was told it is 60 euros with wash and blow dry so I thought I'd just get it done while I'm there. I said to the hairdresser that after I see how the colour turned out, I'd maybe get some to bring home, but not sure if she misunderstood me, because she had informed me that she's already mixed a batch for me to bring home. At this point I was still not informed of the price of product to bring home. I had also asked if this is 100% a toner, and not a semi-permanent dye, because I didn't want to darken my highlights too much, I just wanted to balance out some of the brassiness, and I was told 1000% this is not a semi-permanent dye, but the best toner that exists currently on the market. I turned out a full brunette. My actual natural dark brown colour. When I went to pay, the hairdresser charged me 179 euros, for one toner service, and one batch of toner to bring home. Even if I was charged 60 euros for the take home batch, which in the salon also includes wash and blow dry, this could not have cost me more than 120 euros, so I queried it, and the hairdresser said she doesn't know how to charge for the bottle and that in the salon, they do it by weight. Fast forward to today, my highlights are ruined because the toner isn't washing out fast enough. I cannot go put on more highlights because I would just absolutely fry my hair to bits, so I decided to embrace myself now as a brunette, and thought I'd use up the "toner" that I bought. I looked up the instructions of the brand online, only to find out that it definitely is a demi-permanent dye, so it has to be used with a developer, and when I went to mix the toner, I realised that I genuinely was sold a 60ml bottle of dye and a 60ml bottle of developer 120 euros. Insane. I feel absolutely cheated, firstly because my highlights are completely destroyed, secondly I was extremely overcharged for this pleasure. Do not recommend.

Very pleasant atmosphere, my wishes met what my hair needed at that time, beautiful color and nice cut. Proffesional stylist offered few options and finally got head massage, which is, in my opinion, essential part of hair wash. All recommendations!!
