The shop is well equipped but that is the only positive thing. The store is overcrowded, the staff is nervous because they are in a hurry and passive-aggressive. In this rush, they often cheat. Prices are carelessly stuck on the refrigerator, one on top of the other, so it's impossible to understand what costs how much. If you ask for a product, they will give you the most expensive one and then say they don't have one from another manufacturer. The scale is behind the counter, where they keep bags of grains, so they don’t weigh the goods in front of you. Everything is much more expensive than in other stores. I bought the worst cocoa I've ever tried there, and I’ve often bought cocoa around the world while traveling through Asia and Africa. It doesn’t dissolve in water at all and has a strange, sour taste. It's clear that their main goal is profit, and they also take advantage of the fact that they are at the Kalenić Market, where many foreigners come to shop. Even though they have a lot of products, my advice is to avoid this store. There are many other stores around Belgrade with kinder staff and fair prices. One such store is on the other side of the Kalenić Market and in Kalenica Street.
I don't see an option to reply to your reply so I'm going to add it here, on my already posted review.
Thank you for the response and for reading the feedback. If you are the owner, that certainly improved the impression. Everything I wrote is the truth; I have come several times, and each time I felt uncomfortable because of the salespeople. We are all patient and know how to wait our turn, but some of your employees either are not suited for communication with customers, or are naturally nervous. They make me feel like I'm on a treadmill. I can't shop like that. I know your store very well from previous years, and from a different experience, so I know that what you say is true, but a small shop in a market is specific because of the crowd. Either conduct some training with the existing staff or hire people who are more qualified to do this job. Thank you once again for your feedback.
