Proizvod porucen online nikada nije stigao kao ni bilo koje obavestenje od kompanije MONA dve nedelje kasnije. Kada sam ih proaktivno pozvala dobila sam objasnjenje da dostupnost koju vidimo na sajtu nije relevantna za Srbiju (iako je u pitanju mona.rs) vec za citav region pa tako oni jednostavno storniraju porudzbine kada vide da im artikal nije dostupan lokalno vec u nekoj susednoj drzavi, bez da kupca koji ocekuje posiljku obaveste na bilo koji nacin. Ne nude nikakvu kompenazciju (vaucer, popust itd) kako bi se izvinili za ovaj propust, vec vam jednostavno kazu da sledeci put vi mozda prvo pozovete call centar pa ako vam oni potvrde da je proizvod dostupan (kako vec pise na sajtu) - vi porucite. Zasluzuju rating 0, nemojte porucivati online kod njih a mozda najbolje uopste.
