Exceptional International Flower Delivery Service - 10/5 Stars! I would give 10 stars if the rating system allowed it! I'm writing this from South Africa, where I needed to arrange a flower delivery for my boss and her husband during their vacation at Hotel Fortuna. The hotel staff was incredibly helpful throughout this process, but the real star was Anja, whom I contacted through Instagram. Outstanding Customer Service Anja was exceptionally helpful and accommodating from start to finish. She made the entire process seamless by: -Offering convenient payment options through both PayPal and Wise, -Providing complete flexibility with flower selection (when I asked what was available, she simply said "All of them - you can select whichever flowers you'd like") -Making it easy for me to reference existing bouquet designs from her page -Offering to include a personalized handwritten note Going Above and Beyond What particularly impressed me was Anja's willingness to write a personal note despite the language barrier. Given that she's Croatian and English is likely her second or third language, this thoughtful gesture really stood out as exceptional customer service. Perfect Results The final result exceeded all expectations. My boss was absolutely thrilled with the beautiful flowers, and seeing the photos, I was equally impressed with the quality and arrangement. The bouquet was stunning and clearly made with care and attention to detail. Highly Recommended I cannot recommend this service highly enough, especially for international deliveries.
