Abbiamo speso 41 euro per un vino, una birra, 8 gamberetti, 8 pezzetti di verdurine grigliate e una porzione di patatine fritte bruciacchiate. Chiunque abbia girato i balcani (Albania, Bosnia, Serbia) sa che il cibo in tavola non manca e le porzioni sono sempre abbondanti. Non è questo il caso. Purtroppo credo sia un problema di questa Intera zona di Croazia perché con stupore abbiamo scoperto che i prezzi sono più alti che in Italia dappertutto qui.

Too expensive. Proprietario antipatico e musone. Mi ha malamente versato tutta la birra nel bicchiere facendolo diventare solo schiuma, quasi a farmi un dispetto apposta. Se siete a dieta e volete mangiare molto poco spendendo comunque molto è un il posto giusto. Il ristorante in se è bello ed in una bella location

We took a short (30 mins) drive from Mlini, where we stayed at Camp Kate. The narrow road up the serpentine road above Dubrovnik airport makes it worth a visit. Beautiful views of the surrounding islands. There is a small village at the end of the road. It is easy to find your way to Konoba Konavoski Komin, a cosy local restaurant with a garden. The service is excellent and the local food (gulaš with gnocchi and local tomato salad) is delicious!

Romantisches, kleines Restaurant mitten im Nirgendwo mit ganz tollem, bemühten Service. Wir hatten Gulasch mit Gnocchi und das war wirklich der absolute Hammer! Super lecker! Auch die Vorspeisen Platte für 2 war super gut. Können das Restaurant sehr empfehlen, die Anreise lohnt sich! Hvala 🫶🏼

Was a "cold" day in July (28C° mid day) so took the Ronald Brown memorial hike up from Cavtat. The ice cold radlers was just what we needed. Delicious tomatos from private garden. Beautiful sorrundings and a very friendly owner . Accepts card.

traumhaftes Kleinod in den Bergen oberhalb des Flughafen, nahe der bosnischen Grenze, wunderschöne Ausblicke unterwegs über das Meer, man sieht Dubrovnik in der Ferne. Unser Essen war fantastisch und authentisch, der Gastwirt super freundlich, sprach zu unserer Überraschung auch deutsch. Wer etwas besonderes sucht, muss dort unbedingt hin.

Byliśmy dzisiaj z dzieciakami na obiedzie… i we wtorek wracamy na dania które zamawia się przynajmbiej dzień wcześniej. Super klimat , Pan właściciel sam gotuje z żoną i widać robią to co lubią najbardziej. Wino domowej roboty oraz panakotta z karmelem 6* 🙂 Warto wrócić do tak sympatycznych ludzi i dobrej restauracji😀

A True Hidden Gem Near Dubrovnik – Konoba Konavoski Komin What a special find! While Dubrovnik can be overrun with tourists and flashy menus, Konoba Konavoski Komin offers a genuine taste of traditional Croatian hospitality. Housed in a charming 100+ year-old stone home, this konoba (tavern) feels like dinner at your grandmother’s—if she happened to have a backyard facing the mountains of Konavle. This place is all about simplicity, flavor, and heart. The setting is peaceful and authentic, far from the crowds. On your way to the restaurant, you can take a picture of Marina Cavtat from the top of a huge mountain—one of the prettiest photo spots in the area. We ordered family-style: the freshest tomatoes, grilled shrimp, tender meat and chicken, and beautifully charred vegetables. The real highlight? Their meat cooked under the bell (peka)—a must-try if you want a true Dalmatian experience. You can preorder or choose from the à la carte menu when you arrive. Our family will definitely be back. This was, by far, the most non-touristy and memorable dining experience we’ve had around Dubrovnik.

Had late dinner but stronlgy suggest lunch or early dinner. I wish I could see the view as I drove up. Food was very traditional, had the lamb under the bell (peka) and it was delicious. Opted for wine house, was very good Plavac Mali and it paired well. Good food and I would recommend.

Sehr lecker, sehr herzlich, sehr Gastfreundlich. Das Essen war sehr sehr lecker, die Bedinung super nett und das Lokal sehr schön eingerichtet. Man hat dich von Anfang an willkommen gefühlt. Gehen wieder in ein paar Tagen hin.

Ein sehr idyllischer Ort nicht allzu weit vom Flughafen Dubrovnik entfernt und doch am Ende der Welt, verstrahlt er eine urtümliche Romantik. Die Bedienung ist sehr höflich und zuvorkommend und alle Wünsche werden äußerst gastfreundlich erfüllt. Das Essen ist traditionell und sehr lecker, die Portionen sind angemessen. Für uns war es ein wundervoller Ort um vor dem Abflug noch einmal entspannt und in Ruhe zu verweilen.
