, I came to coworking and I’m very upset that manager didn’t inform me about the available payment methods in advance. it would have been appropriate to clarify that payment is only possible either via a local resident bank transfer or by paying some kind of invoice at a currency exchange office. This is outrageous — I wasted my time solely because of manager.

Был клиентом ICT-Hub более полугода. Перед командировкой на месяц попросил сотрудника сохранить мой монитор. Мне показали шкаф для хранения, и я оставил его там. Когда вернулся, монитора не оказалось. Сотрудники коворкинга не смогли его найти, и дали временный монитор, но значительно хуже по качеству. Когда решил покинуть коворкинг, снова попросил вернуть мой монитор. Сотрудник Jovana мне заявила, что доказательств его сдачи нет (т.е. я лжец), хотя у меня осталась коробка в офисе и есть фото, где я ставлю монитор в шкаф. Также Jovana сказала, что искать монитор нужно самому, и коворкинг ответственности не несёт. Я плачу 160 евро в месяц, чтобы не таскать монитор по кафе, а тут такой подход. Рекомендую всем следить за своими вещами и ничего ценного тут не оставлять. Очень разочарован.
