Location

Villa Antini Dvori is situated in the serene Vinisce bay, conveniently located just a short drive from Trogir (19 km) and Split (48 km). Grocery stores, coffee bars, and restaurants are within walking distance, with the nearest airport being Split (16 km). While public transport is available, we recommend using taxi, Uber, or car for your convenience.

We had a wonderful week at Villa Antini Dvori in Vinišće, Croatia with our friends. The villa is immaculate and well cared for with a high-end finish but retains the charm of a traditional Croatian village home. It is also incredibly comfortable and spacious with everything you could possibly need catered for. Set out over three floors it was ideal for two families (4 adults and 4 children) with a family on each floor. Each bedroom has a five star spacious en-suite shower room. The lovely family who own the villa are an absolute pleasure and couldn’t do enough to welcome us and help us to have a fabulous stay. They were always on hand to help with any questions or needs we had and went out of their way to help us celebrate my birthday, bringing cakes, figs and other lovely things. Not only is the house beautiful but the location is also spectacular,, ideally situated right on the side of the ocean with fabulous sea views from each room. We spent a lot of time enjoying the yachts coming and going each evening while enjoying a glass of wine. The small village of Vinišće is situated around a beautiful horseshoe shaped bay, dotted with shingle beaches and the clearest water we’ve seen. There a a good selection of bars and restaurants, some which front onto the water, which is lovely for an evening drink. Of particular note was Dalmatia Fine Food restaurant where we had wonderful food and fabulous service. A selection of bakeries, fruit stalls, small supermarkets and gelateria outlets are dotted round the village too. It really is a lovely atmosphere in the evenings and there was a small music festival while we were there. During our stay, we hired a boat one day and visited a number of beautiful coastal spots around the area. There are plenty of boat hire outlets as well as places to rent SUPs, kayaks etc. although the villa has two available for guests’ use. We also took a day trip to the UNESCO town of Trogir which was a short taxi trip away. The villa’s swimming pool area is also very relaxing and well maintained, with flowers, fruit trees and plants surrounding the garden area. All in all we had a wonderful week and would highly recommend the house, the village and the location. But it was the lovely hosts that made it a really special week.

Fantastic quality villa in a great location and it has everything you will ever need for a holiday. The hosts are super friendly and very helpful. They even brought cake and wine round when we were celebrating a family birthday! Superb.

Für uns war es ein super schöner Urlaub. Das Haus war ein Traum, alles super sauber und alles vorhanden, was man so im Alltag braucht. Und wenn doch etwas fehlen sollte, kann man die Vermieter fragen und sie besorgen die Sachen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Pool war auch sehr sauber und 24 Stunden verfügbar. Die Vermieter waren sehr gastfreundlich, man hat sich sehr willkommen gefühlt. Trogir (25 Min) und Split (45 Min) sind in der Nähe und ein Ausflug immer wert. Vor allem der Markt in Trogir hat es und angetan. Wir haben uns sehr wohl und gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Wir würden immer wieder, wenn nochmal ein Urlaub mit Boot geplant ist, hinfahren. Serdecznie polecamy tą wille. Spędziliśmy tam tydzień z przyjaciółmi i było cudownie oraz bardzo komfortowo. Domek położony w uroczej miejscowości, prawie na samym końcu, dzięki temu jest spokój a jednocześnie niczego nie brakuje, do sklepu i piekarni dwie minutki. W miejscowości sporo restauracji. Można lokalnie kupić świeże ryby, a na wyposażeniu domu jest grill przeznaczony do smażenia ryb, więc można przygotować pyszne posiłki i zjeść na tarasie z pięknym widokiem. Właściciele są bardzo mili i pomocni, mieszkają na terenie posesji, ale nie przeszkadzają w ogóle, a wręcz przeciwnie - jednego wieczoru zostaliśmy ugoszczeniu domową pizzą i pysznym winem. Nie ma problemu z językiem - jest Pani, która mówi po angielsku. W domku są cztery klimatyzowane pokoje, każdy z prywatną łazienką - wszystko wykończone w bardzo wysokim standardzie. W całym domku moskitiery. na dole przestronny salon z bardzo dobrze wyposażoną kuchnią (talerze, kieliszki, garnki, dodatkowa lodówka na napoje). Do morza kilka metrów, więc nie trzeba się nawet rozbijać na plaży można się szybko ochłodzić i popływać. Na wyposażeniu domku były dwa SUPy, więc można było pływać do woli. Serdecznie polecamy, wspaniały wypoczynek i domek.

Jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni z pobytu – lokalizacja domu to idealne miejsce dla osób szukających ciszy i spokoju. Jeśli jednak ktoś zatęskni za większym ruchem i atrakcjami, Trogir znajduje się w niedalekiej odległości. Sam dom oferuje standard hotelowy – w każdym pokoju klimatyzacja, wszystko czyste i zadbane, naprawdę nie ma się do czego przyczepić. Kuchnia jest świetnie wyposażona, do dyspozycji gości jest również grill. Z balkonów rozciąga się przepiękny widok na zatokę. Basen utrzymany w idealnej czystości, codziennie sprzątany, a wokół dostępne leżaki i parasole. W okolicy znajduje się kilka sklepów, restauracji i kawiarni. Bardzo polecam ten obiekt – właściciele są niezwykle sympatyczni i pomocni, regularnie pytali, czy wszystko w porządku i czy czegoś nie potrzebujemy. Komunikacja bezproblemowa – mówią po angielsku

A beautiful villa right by the sea… Lovely pool and gardens… Nice little local restaurants and bars and a 15 minute drive to a nice local town… very spacious villa with air conditioning and a very well equipped kitchen…

Fantastic stay at Villa Antini Dvori in Vinišće last week. Super hosts in Maria, Nikolina and family who were so friendly and helpful including a surprise pizza dinner one evening! Wonderful, high quality villa with pool and beautiful stonework built by Maria’s husband from local stone, it really is lovely. It is right across the road (10m) from a crystal clear bay that we swam and paddle boarded on most days, with Paddle Boards provided by our hosts. Vinišće is a quiet place, with a number of restaurants serving traditional Croatian grilled fare. Ideal for families looking for a relaxing break. Well situated, as it is very close to the D8, Adriatic Coast Highway with the UNESCO WH towns of Šibenik and Trogir within easy reach and well worth a visit. Would heartily recommend.
