They are helpful and polite once you get a hold of them. Wasted almost an hour on hold so we decided to go in person. We had to drive to the warehouse for them to tell us the package was dropped off at a Tisak. The shipping updates said it was going back and forth between two warehouses (no mention of any Tisak). It was hard to find so I've added it to Google Maps. It's by the intersection and you take the first left on the dirt road to get there. Go inside to the back to ask about your package.
