Bilo je to razočaravajuće iskustvo boraviti u ovom apartmanu. Kada smo stigli, dočekala nas je izuzetno loša higijena. Apartman je bio izuzetno prljav od samog ulaza, podovi su bili prljavi, a prašina je bila svuda. Kuhinja nije bila očišćena, posuđe je bilo masno, a na stolu su ostali tragovi hrane od prethodnih gostiju. Kupatilo je bilo najgori dio, wc školjka je bila zaprljana, a u tuš kabini je bilo blatnjavih tragova. Nema ni govora o čistim peškirima i posteljini, jer su djelovali prljavo i nije bilo sigurno koristiti ih. Za cijenu koju smo platili, ovo je zaista bilo neprihvatljivo. Nadam se da će vlasnici ozbiljno uzeti u obzir ove komentare i poboljšati higijenu i uslove za buduće goste. Nažalost, ovo iskustvo ne bih mogla da preporučim nikome. Die Wohnung war von Anfang an schmutzig, die Böden waren dreckig und überall lag Staub. Die Küche war nicht gereinigt, das Geschirr war fettig, und auf dem Tisch waren noch Essensreste von den vorherigen Gästen. Das Badezimmer war der schlimmste Teil: Die Toilette war verschmutzt, und in der Duschkabine befanden sich schlammige Spuren. Saubere Handtücher und Bettwäsche gab es nicht, sie wirkten schmutzig und es fühlte sich nicht sicher an, sie zu benutzen. Für den Preis, den wir bezahlt haben, war das völlig inakzeptabel. Ich hoffe, die Besitzer nehmen diese Rückmeldung ernst und verbessern die Hygiene und die Bedingungen für zukünftige Gäste. Leider kann ich diese Unterkunft niemandem empfehlen. It was a disappointing experience staying in this apartment. When we arrived, we were met with extremely poor hygiene. The apartment was dirty from the entrance, the floors were filthy, and there was dust everywhere. The kitchen hadn’t been cleaned, the dishes were greasy, and there were food stains left on the table from previous guests. The bathroom was the worst part, the toilet was dirty, and there were muddy marks in the shower. Clean towels and bedding were nonexistent; they looked unwashed and felt unsafe to use. For the price we paid, this was completely unacceptable. I sincerely hope the owners take this feedback seriously and improve the hygiene and conditions for future guests. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Poštovani, žao mi je što ste odlučili odgovoriti na recenziju na ovako uvredljiv način umesto da sagledate primjedbe kao priliku za poboljšanje. Moja iskustva su iskreno iznesena, s namjerom da pomognem i vama kao domaćinu i budućim gostima. Uvrede ne mijenjaju činjenice. Higijena se ne može opravdati uvredama.
