Das Lokal bietet wirklich gutes Essen und eine wunderschöne Aussicht – ideal zum Entspannen in toller Atmosphäre. Das Ambiente ist stimmig und lädt zum Verweilen ein. Leider war der Service bei unserem Besuch deutlich überfordert: Es schien zu wenig Personal da zu sein, wodurch längere Wartezeiten entstanden. Es war nicht leicht, die Aufmerksamkeit des Personals zu bekommen, was etwas Geduld erforderte. Insgesamt aber ein solides Erlebnis – mit etwas besserer Organisation wäre es wirklich top.

A beautiful view and enjoyable live music from the singer. While the food is average, the service unfortunately falls short, with impolite staff and a lack of organization leading to long waiting times.

Truly would give negative stars if I could. Waited over 30 minutes to even be acknowledged in an empty restaurant, at one point wondered if the restaurant was even open. Then when I tried to order a seasonal drink, the waitress told me they didn’t have any more (okay so take it off the menu??). Then waited over 45 minutes for the wrong food. Ordered a steak sandwich only to have a grilled vegetable and mystery meat dish brought out. Then when I asked for my steak sandwich for the second time, she argued and said I asked for chicken. Waited another 30 minutes for the waitress to bring me FISH. NO STEAK SANDWICH IN SIGHT. At this point I am hungry, irate, and ready to leave. Then to make matters worse, the waitress then says she delivered the wrong meal to my table and picks up the mystery fish plate and takes it to the table that actually did order it, despite having dug my fork into it already. This place was horrific and if it wasn’t for the view, would absolutely be out of business.
