Spice Lounge at the Bellevue Hotel is a hidden gem! The ambiance is warm and upscale without being pretentious — perfect for a relaxed dinner or special occasion. The menu offers a rich selection of Indian cuisine with both traditional favorites and some creative twists. I especially loved the butter chicken and garlic naan — packed with flavor and perfectly cooked. Service was attentive and friendly, and our server was happy to guide us through the menu. Great cocktail list too! Highly recommend for anyone looking for authentic Indian food with great vibes in Bellevue.
