During my recent trip to Belgrade, I stumbled upon a newly opened spot that instantly became one of the highlights of my stay. Tucked away in the vibrant center of the city, this cozy yet lively bar is a true hidden gem. The first thing that caught my eye was the Paulaner on tap – a rare find in many places – perfectly chilled and served with a smile. But what really blew me away were their signature homemade cocktails. Each one had a unique twist, clearly crafted with passion and creativity. You can tell they care about quality and flavor, not just pouring drinks. What makes this place truly special, though, is the energy and warmth of the staff. It's run by two young locals who clearly love what they do. They greeted me like an old friend, shared stories about their vision, and even offered recommendations based on my taste. It felt more like visiting someone’s home than just another bar. Whether you're a tourist looking for an authentic local experience or a resident wanting a fresh new hangout, this spot is absolutely worth visiting. Cheers to new beginnings and good vibes – I'll definitely be back!
