Get here early. This is an extremely unorganized bus station. There is one arrival screen and one screen in the Flixbus office for departures, but it doesn't tell you bat numbers. None of the drivers seemed to know either. You'll need to wait for someone to come to the office to get your gate number if it's not in your app.

Absolutely terrible spot, no signs, no one to help you at all. Drivers just walking around like they don’t know where they are going either. Would look into it if you’re going to try and find the bus stop for the shuttle bus to the airport.

Großer Busbahnhof mit vielen Verbindungen ins In- und Ausland. Die Wegweisung und Anzeigen wo der Bus abfährt fand ich klar. Es gibt aber auch Service desks, die Damen helfen einem auch weiter. Viele Geschäfte und ein Supermarkt um sich verpflegen zu können. Es könnte mehr Ruhebereiche geben. Anbindung mit Straßenbahn und Stadtbussen ist ebenfalls gut. Tipp: Tickets dafür gibt's an den Zeitungskiosken.

Flix bus are scamming tourists from this bus station. Charged 8 euro for one bag in the hold. Not extra luggage, one single bag that is included in the ticket price. You expect it on the street. You don't expect it from a multi national company.
