Very disappointing experience. The staff at the information desk were rude and completely unhelpful. After being turned away from a bus to Mostar, we asked if we could buy a ticket, and the woman at the desk actually laughed at us. No assistance, no explanation — just a dismissive attitude. For a major transport hub in a tourist city, the level of customer service is unacceptable. Our time in Croatia was fantastic everywhere except here.
