Ojo a los asientos XXL, aunque los compres te quedas sin ellos. Al cambiar avión ya no respetan las compras. Una vez me obligaron a comprar asientos XXL de nuevo. Reserva MQENKE. Reclame la devolución de los asientos cancelados y no lo hicieron, tras varios correos ni caso. Hoy mismo vuelo con ellos de nuevo y me entero en el aeropuerto que no tengo asientos XXL otra vez por cambio de avión. Les pido que me los den porque mi marido mide mas de 2 metros y les da igual. El personal se pone borde y ni da disculpas. Me dicen que no pueden cambiar los asientos a la gente, una vez facturado. Pues no entiendo, a mi si una vez facturado y pagado me pueden cambiar sin mi consentimiento y darme algo inferior, pero al resto que lo tiene gratis NO. Quiero poner la reclamación en el bordo del avión, una azafata me dice que en seguida se acercara a mi asiento para tratar el tema y hasta ahora la estoy esperando. Poner la reclamación en la pagina web es complicado, dado que no tienen contemplada la reclamación por cobro de asientos XXL. Me están timando por segunda vez y esta es la ultima. Hace unos meses mis amigos me comentaron lo mismo, en ese momento pensé que no es real, veo que si. Por eso, tened cuidado.

I unfortunately experienced a very bad situation on Sunday April 6th at Queen Alia international airport in Amman, Jordan.
I was flying back to AUH, where I reside. As I didn't have any checked in luggage, I did the online checkin and even paid to pick up my own seat. After completion, I could see the usual boarding pass on the application without nothing mentioned on it. During the security check, at the airport, I went through showing the digital boarding pass and no one said anything, as it would normally work in any other airport. Only at the time of boarding, I was denied access to the plane for the reason that I didn't go to check in at the company counter and the flight was overbooked, so there was no seat left. Because of your system not being updated and not showing the adequate information, this caused a lot of problems : the only available flight on Wizz Air was for Thursday 10th, 4 days later!!
I couldn't obviously missed 4 days of work because of your mistake so I took the boarding deny form and went on booking my own flight for the day after. I'm expecting full compensation for all expenses that occurred.

Da je moguće ostaviti ocenu 0 i to bi im bilo mnogo,leteo sam nekoliko puta i svaki put sam rekao NIKADA VIŠE sa njima,e posle ovoga definitivno nikada više i sledim im ozbiljna tužba. Naime moj prtljag na direktnom letu Beograd-Hamburg jednostavno nije utovaren u avion i ne zna se gde se nalazi ni posle 4 dana. Ovaj stres ne dao Bog nikome da se desi i naravno trošak preko 3500€ zbog stvari koje su bile u koferu a koje sam morao da kupim ponovo. Vidimo se na sudu

They are absolutely the worst. It was impossible to check-in on their website and later they invent some fees for not checking-in. We found out they have fees for absolutely EVERYTHING. Une compagnie à fuir absolument !
Wizz Air est une vraie arnaque déguisée en compagnie low-cost. On pense faire des économies, mais en réalité, on finit par perdre de l’argent avec leurs frais cachés, leurs retards incessants et leur service client déplorable.
Chaque vol est une loterie : retards, annulations, excuses bidons pour éviter tout remboursement. Le service client est une catastrophe, impossible d’avoir une vraie assistance. Leur site internet est complètement dysfonctionnel, ce qui m’a empêché de m’enregistrer en ligne. Résultat ? J’ai dû payer un supplément exorbitant à l’aéroport !
Le personnel est désagréable et se moque ouvertement des passagers. À l’aéroport de Nice, j’ai surpris des agents ricaner en français, pensant que je ne comprenais pas, en disant que le manager que j’avais demandé ne viendrait jamais. Un mépris total des clients !
Si vous comparez avec d’autres compagnies, vous verrez que le prix final est souvent plus avantageux ailleurs, sans le stress et les mauvaises surprises. Ne faites pas la même erreur que moi, évitez Wizz Air à tout prix !

Belgrade Aeroport Nicola Tesla. 15.01.25 on a flight to Spain at 6:00, the boarding officer Sofia refused to let me board the flight because my residence permit was in the form of a document, not an ID card. Thus, she VIOLATED THE LAW of the European Union, which states that my document is valid and this was confirmed by a lawyer and the Spanish immigration commissioner. When I asked to say her name to record in the application, she ignored and FLIPPED the name badge over! Imagine?!
As a result, I WAS NOT ALLOWED on the flight, I missed my appointment with the Spanish government agency and missed all the money for tickets, trains and a hotel. Wizz Air refused to resolve the issue. I do not advise using the services of Wizz Air, since you may not be allowed on your own legal documents simply because someone is too narrow-minded and does not know that a residence permit is not only in the form of an ID card.
Serbian Sofia and the one who told her not to let me on the flight, I wish you both a return of this situation through your karmas.

Уже скоро год будет с момента отмены моего рейса, а русскоязычная служба поддержки виззейр до сих пор кормит обещаниями по поводу частичного возврата средств. Наверное, дела у этой недокомпании настолько плохи. На скрине письмо от 9 ноября 2024. И так каждый месяц - уйма обещаний, а толку 0((
