Booked additional sit for my guitar via this office. Initially the booking was made by a consultant from the office in Jurija Gagarina 12 and the girl there was very rude and the booking was made with many mistakes. And a huge thank you to the staff at Galerija office, in particular Časlav (if I remember the name correctly) they helped to solve all problems quickly and were very patient and polite.

Дана 17. маја текуће године посетио сам пословницу у ТЦ "Галерија" у циљу активирања "Visa Exclusive" пакета, што до скора није било могуће урадити у наведеној пословници. Испоставило се да раднице до сада нису имале путнике који су тражили ову услугу, тако да сам имао у неку руку част да будем први. Иако су биле помало забринуте како се услуга активира и ко има права на њу, уз консултацију са шефом смене и колегама из друге пословнице, успешно су извршиле активацију пакета. Није ми сметало што је све то трајало мало дуже. Све похвале за посвећене раднице из наведене смене.

I had a flight with Air Serbia this morning at 7 AM to China, with a transit through Frankfurt, Germany. When I arrived at the airport and tried to check in, they refused to let me board the plane without giving me any reason. When I asked why, they completely ignored me and spoke to me in an aggressive and rude manner. I am extremely dissatisfied with their service—there was zero help, and their staff were unprofessional and hostile. They also didn’t assist me at all with the refund process. I would not recommend this airline to anyone; they don’t even deserve one star. Every time I asked for help, I was treated disrespectfully and pushed around from one counter to another. For the record, there were no issues at all with my passport.

Najgore iskustvo. Toliko neljubazno osoblje do sada u životu nisam sreo. Kako rade tako će im i biti. Radila je devojka koja je tu zalutala. Pre svega nema osnovno vaspitanje,(osmeh, jasno i glasno obraćanje i ostalo ). Osnovni je red, valjda, da kada neko dođe, kažete mu, "izvolite i sedite". Sramota za kompaniju. Ako mislite da budete veliki, ovakav odnos prema korisnicima usluga je nedopustiv. SRAMOTA!!! P. S. Dao sam jednu zvezdicu jer ne može nula ili minus pet.
