Do not look no further. This is the car rental office. I had a problem with my car, and they responded immediately so it wouldn't affect my vacation with my family. I want to thank Helena for her effort in driving several hours to Plivitce to give me a new car so I could continue my trip. There are large rental companies that offer good prices, but then cut back on service or find ways to overcharge you, and the worst part is they have such powerful legal departments that they end up forcing you to pay unfair and abusive fees. I wish I could find more honest companies and people like Rentacar in other locations willing to help you when there's a problem; that's priceless.

Muy buena atención en la oficina. Nos hicieron sentir muy seguros y fueron muy claros con todas la condiciones. Agradezco mucho esto al ser joven y la primera vez que alquilo un coche. El coche espectacular, un Renault Capture nuevo automático con Android Auto. Al ir al por el coche un chico nos dijo todo sobre él claramente y lo que cubría nuestro seguro (el Premium). Nos hicieron dar un depósito de 300 euros que al no haber problemas lo desbloquearon inmediatamente al devolverlo. Si vuelvo a alquilar uno, lo haría con esta compañía seguro

Muy fácil la gestión con Sicily by car. Cogimos el coche en Dubrovnik y lo dejamos en Zagreb. Nos cobraron una comisión por cambio de destino pero en ambos lugares fueron muy amables y eficaces! 100% recomendado

Everything went well from car pick-up to return. The car was new and comfortable. Only note: they have a "clean-to-clean" policy. You are required to return the car clean or pay €10 at the time of pick-up. I've rented cars with many companies around Europe and this is the first I've heard of this policy
