Both Enterprise locations in Zagreb and Split were very helpful during my first international car rental! Staff were friendly, informative, specific with details, which made for an easy experience. Understandably, I was a bit nervous as this was my first time renting outside of the US, and Enterprise made it seamless - thank you! Plus, the car was brand new, which was fun!

Enttäuschender Service - Kunde steht hier nicht an erster Stelle! Anstatt einer Entschädigung oder zumindest Gutschein auf die nächste Buchung oder Ähnliches wird jede Verantwortung von sich geschoben und der Kunde nich als dumm dargestellt.

Good experience with this branch. Booked a car from Zagreb with a drop off in Dubrovnik. Arrived a bit early, but everything was ready. The car was clean and in great shape! The service from the lady at the counter was courteous and efficient. Thanks!

In past couple of months I have rented Benussi Enterprise vans in six different occasion, and I was always satisfied with the rental services. Above all due to the great stuff, young lady who deserves a clear 5-start garde and both colleagues, also excellent in their approach to me as a customers, and also due to really good and brand new vans, Mercedeses and Renaults likeways. I highly recommend this rental agency and I'll surely use its service again in upcoming months.

We got a car that smelled after cigarettes and there were stains on the front and back seats. all our clothes and stuff got this awful smell. I’ve rented cars all over the world and never had this experience before. When I dropped off the car, I told the staff that the car smells really bad, but they just turned their heads and didn’t want to even listen to me. Second, I couldn’t connect my phone to the car computer, so we used the car navigation and ended 50 km away from the location where we should have arrived. Also the first time experience. I am really disappointed. This all experience is a complete failure of Enterprise rental company.

Sve rent a car agencije u Hrvatskoj, Europi i svijetu prihvaćaju debitnu karticu, ali ne i Enterprise. Traze isključivo kreditnu i ne nude nikakve alternative, čak ni gotovinu. Neprihvatljiva politika, pogotovo kad ni jedna druga firma, npr XL rental koji je vrata do, nemaju nikakvih problema s prihvaćanjem debitnih kartica. Ne bih preporučila.

Aluguei carro através da carjet, quando fomos receber o carro não foram muito simpáticos, mas até nós deram um upgrade, no momento da devolução mais simpáticos, esqueceram se de frisar que o dinheiro da caução iria demorar cerca de 30 dias a ser devolvido, ainda estou a espera

We picked up our rental car today from this location. We were impressed by the two staff members who looked after us. The young lady greeted us with a smile and was so helpful with all the information we needed about insurances, toll roads and extra drivers. The young man who walked us to our car was just as helpful and friendly. He checked every part of the car to document any existing damage, showed us how all parts of the car worked and made sure we had everything we needed. Best rental car pick up experience ever! Hvala
