Odlična usluga i sjajno iskustvo! Iznajmljivanje automobila je bilo brzo i jednostavno, bez skrivenih troškova ili komplikacija. Vozilo je bilo u savršenom stanju – čisto, pouzdano i udobno za vožnju. Osoblje je bilo izuzetno ljubazno, profesionalno i spremno da pomogne oko svega. Posebno mi se dopalo što su fleksibilni oko vremena preuzimanja i vraćanja automobila. Topla preporuka svima koji traže pouzdan rent a car – definitivno ću ih ponovo koristiti

I did the reservation around 7am and arrived there 8am as booked. The Mall was open, the supermarket next to the Car rental too but the shop was closed and there was anyone at the desk as you could see from the pictures, I've contacted the desk number as it's the procedure (AGBs) and no answer, I was chatting with Easyjet Car Rental at the same time. They called them and NO Answer, of course because there was anyone at the office to pick up the phone! I've waited 20, 30 and 40min later I've left missed my appointment in Split, spend money and time. I am really disappointed with sixt Makarska because they are lying! I haven't arrived after closing, I arrived before opening waited 40min, made the pictures and left!... the car rental opened LATE that day and the time was NOT Updated on the easyjet Car rental website. So the system shouldn't let me book anything before 9am!!!
It's the first time I've try to rent a car by easyjet and probably the last one, even if Croatia is a bit chaotic I've trusted Easyjet has trustfully partners.
Despite that situation messed-up my schedule, the booking through Easyjet holidays and the hotel in Tucepi was absolutely fine.
I am just asking to reimburse my money for a service I haven't use due to DELAY/NO SHOW from the Supplier, such a bad experience!
