Servicio deficiente. Precio barato, pero ni me acompañaron a por el coche para revisar los daños que presentaba inicislmente. Me dieron la llave y tuve que buscarlo en un parking dónde había cómo 100 coches más. El depósito que hay que dejar excesivo para el coche que alquilas 1000€ por el alquiler de un coche de tamaño pequeño.

Got a nice upgrade, representative was pleasant and explained tolls, speed limits, etc. without any insurance/other sell pressure. One star off for doing the typical car rental bs of having me sign the inspection form stating no damage before going to the vehicle. Had to come back to the office to mark a few dings.

So far the experience was good. We got an upgrade since there were no cars in our category left. I have rented in the Netherland and Croatia before and always have had a good experience. Of course they try to sell extra insurance but don't annoyingly push it. Great service, big car park! Also many options to easily rent a car only. Technically at least two years are required on your driver's license, but if you have rented before through Sixt, this is not required (I also rented in the Netherland and there only 1 year was required)

Rented a car w Sixt on our Europe experience. Biggest mistake. Horrible customer service, all hidden fees. They rent u a car and while returning try to find out the tiniest possible scratch and bill you for it. While renting the car - No one can be expected to notice those little, tiniest scratch. Also, hidden refueling cost of 150euros. Thats absurd. Just do not rent from this company. You WILL end up paying 4 times the displayed/advertised cost.

Sixt required us to pay 1100 eur deposit for a two-day economy car rental! Go elsewhere, e.g. Budget on Miklosiceva.
