He ensured I fully understood everything and even arranged an upgrade to a fantastic vehicle, which I’m doing my best to maintain in the same excellent condition in which it was received.

Worst service. They had a POS credit card issue which is preventing us from having successful transaction (2 customers same issue). Gregory is trying to help, but the manager is not resourceful. Money has been deducted from my card, yet they are not allowing me to rent the car saying it is not reflected in their system. They are 100% confident it is sixt mistake, and they are trying to solve it without success. It has been now 1 hour 30 minutes and no solution. I came from a very long flight over seas with my family and we are all tired! The manager can take all information and let us leave, but he refused this. He is keeping us hanging till he resolve it !

Easy processes, bill as expected with no surprises. Only complaint is the car navi; it auto reset each time which was a bit of a nuisance to change language, pair the phone, etc
